This beautiful, stylish villa is set in lovely mature gardens, partially shaded by large palm trees. It is in an excellent, tranquil and prestigious location only a few minutes walk to the beach. The sophisticated resorts of Marbella and Puerto Banus are nearby together as are a wealth of superb golf courses. For the added protection of small children the private swimming pool is fenced in and gated.

Interior

This lovely, superior quality villa is decorated with flair using original artwork and has interesting, vibrant, Moroccan and international artefacts. It is set on two floors, is spacious and bright with large windows creating a pleasant breeze in warmer weather. The living area consists of two very attractive and comfortable living rooms both with a television. There is a separate dining area and patio doors lead out to the garden and terrace. The large, modern kitchen is well equipped and has an archway to the dining area. The villa has four very attractive and well appointed bedrooms. On the ground floor there are two with double beds, they share a shower room and one of them has patio doors to the garden. On the first floor there is a bedroom with twin beds and one with a double bed and doors to a private balcony with distant views to the sea. These share a bathroom.

Exterior

The very attractive, tranquil garden of this property is filled with birdsong coming from the palm trees. A Moroccan style seating area, a barbecue and outdoor dining furniture complete a wonderful, relaxing and peaceful setting for a memorable holiday in this lovely climate. An added benefit for families with small children is the gated swimming pool. It measures 7x4 metres and is entered by roman steps.

Amenities

It is only a five minute walk to the sandy beach which has several charming beach bars, known locally as Chiringuitos. These are usually open throughout the summer months only ans are dotted along the coast and serve a variety of food and drinks as well as renting out sun beds. Supermarkets, bars and restaurants are a ten minute walk from the villa and a short drive takes you to one of the most exclusive Spanish restaurants in the area, La Hacienda. It is on the mountainside of Las Chapas surrounded by lush, tropical gardens. The neighbouring beautiful, quaint marina in Cabopino has lovely beaches in addition to a nearby nudist beach. The local custom of barbecuing freshly caught sardines on the beach in sand filled fishing boats is an added attraction of this area. Prestigious golf courses and the glamorous resorts of Puerto Banus and Marbella are all in the area.

Services

For clients staying longer than a week there is a weekly maid service and linen change. A refundable security deposit of 2000EUR is required to be paid locally on a credit card slip to the local manager.
