An attractive new villa, with superb views to the sea. It is located in a quiet, residential area and is in walking distance of the Canarian village of Tias, with many excellent shops and restaurants. It is a few minutes drive to Puerto del Carmen and the miles of beautiful, golden beaches.

Interior

This lovely villa has been comfortably furnished throughout and is spacious and airy. There is a separate living room with doors leading to the well-equipped kitchen, which has a dining area. The villa has four bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes, a safe and an en-suite bathroom. There is a further double bedroom and one with twin beds which both have fitted wardrobes. There is also a further full family bathroom.

Exterior

The beautiful heated swimming pool measures 8x4 metres and is surrounded by a large sunbathing terrace, from where there are excellent sea views. There is patio dining furniture, a barbecue and ample sun-beds.

Amenities

The villa is very conveniently located only ten minutes walk into the busy village of Tias with its numerous bars, restaurants, shops and supermarkets. Tias has a lively, Canarian atmosphere and there is an excellent selection of places to eat. El Correos is one of the most popular Tapas bars in Lanzarote and is the perfect place to try many different Spanish delicacies. Tias also has a good selection of shops and supermarkets, so a car is not essential. For guests wanting to go to the beach, a short drive takes you to the main resort of Puerto del Carmen with its miles of golden beaches and many tourist facilities. Tias is centrally located on the island and an ideal location from which to explore it. There is a small Wild West theme park only a ten minute drive away where younger guests can enjoy the daily alligator, eagle and parrot shows. There is also a go-karting park within a five minute drive of the villa. The wine growing region of La Geria is only ten minutes from the villa and there is a wide selection of bodegas where guests can sample the local produce. Timanfya volcanic national park is only a fifteen minute drive from the villa and the transfer time from the airport to the villa is approximately ten minutes.

A car is not considered essential, but is advised if guests wish to go the beach on a daily basis.
