This three bedroom townhouse is located in a tranquil area, just 5 minutes from the beautiful, old harbour area of Estepona. It has a communal pool and is set in a lovely small residential community. Located in this vicinity is the Escuela de Arte Ecuestre, which is Spain’s largest and most prestigious equestrian centre.

Interior

This delightful two-storey townhouse faces south and is bathed in sun during the day. The living room has a dining area and has access to the shaded patio. The separate kitchen is very well equipped and has a utility room. Casa Amarilla has three bedrooms on first floor. The master bedroom has a double bed and patio doors leading to a small terrace with views over the garden and pool area. It has an en-suite bathroom. There are two other bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a twin bed which share a bathroom.

Exterior

The shaded terrace is accessed through the living room. It has a barbecue area with patio furniture and there is direct, gated access to the communal garden and swimming pool area with sun beds. This attractive, residential complex is composed of several townhouses facing the communal garden and pool area.

Amenities

Casa Amarilla is situated just a 5 minutes drive away from the beautiful old fishing town of Estepona with its delightful promenade lined with shops, bars and restaurants. Over the years, Estepona has developed into a modern city without losing its original Spanish charm. The buzzing marina of Puerto Banus is only 15 minutes away by car and gives provides plenty of entertainment. The beach is a 5 minute drive away and has two beach bars with wonderful views across the Mediterranean to Africa and Gibraltar. The famous equestrian centre of Estepona is in the same neighbourhood and every Thursday during the summer months they have a typical Andalucian horse show. There are several beach bars located on La Rada beach , one of which on offers a fantastic dolphin excursions. They also offer jeep excursions into the UNESCO National park, which provide a wonderful opportunity to discover the entire beauty of this part of Andalucia.

Services

For guests staying longer then two weeks there is a mini-clean with towel and linen change. A refundable security deposit of £200 is required payable locally upon arrival. A welcome pack can be arranged at an additional cost.
