Located in an elevated area of Matagorda, Puerto del Carmen. This is a delightful villa, in an excellent location, with superb, panoramic sea and mountain views.
InteriorThis light airy villa is traditionally furnished. The attractive living room has a picture window with lovely views, a dining area and doors to the terrace. There is a very well equipped kitchen. The villa has two bedrooms, one has a double bed, the other has twin beds. There is a full bathroom and a shower room, one is en-suite.
ExteriorThe villa has a large terrace surrounding the 3.5 x 6.5 metre swimming pool, with patio furniture, sunbeds and quite exceptional, panoramic views.
AmenitiesVilla Dolphin is situated in the residential Matagorda area of Puerto del Carmen. It is a popular choice for holiday makers wishing to be away from the principal tourist areas, whilst being within easy access to the many attractions that the resort has to offer. Matagorda has a large, wide, golden beach and a selection of bars, restaurants and a supermarket. A Wellness Spa is located in a nearby hotel and can be booked by villa guests. It has a hydrothermal water circuit and offers a very wide range of therapies, massages and beauty treatments. A beautiful sea front promenade joins the area with the main resort of Puerto del Carmen in one direction and the capital of the island, Arrecife in the other. It passes 7 kilometres of glorious beaches, shops, restaurants, and bars, ending just before the picturesque old harbour area of Puerto del Carmen. This is the largest resort on the island with the best selection of night life, including a casino. A vast variety of sporting activities and entertainment are available in the resort and nearby, including tennis, go-karting, mini-golf, bowling, bike, quad and Sedgeway rental. Most of the beaches in Puerto del Carmen fly the Blue Flag awarded by the EEC for cleanliness and lack of contamination and offer sun beds, parasols and water sports. In the direction of Arrecife the promenade passes the airport and the stunning Playa Honda beaches. Dotted along the route are several good restaurants and local bars, which overlook the sea and the seemingly endless expanse of beach, which is largely unknown to tourists. Bicycles can be rented for families to enjoy these kilometres of beautiful beachfront. Rancho Texas, a small exotic theme park is located a few minutes drive from the villa. It is set in expansive gardens and houses a variety of exotic animals including buffalos white tigers, pumas and Nile crocodiles. There are daily shows of sea lions, birds of prey and parrots plus pony and canoe rides. It comes to life in the evenings with fun-filled Wild West nights for all the family, with barbecues, cowboys, lasso shows and line dancing. The exclusive marina at Puerto Calero is 10 kilometres from Matagorda and boasts a good selection of designer boutiques and international restaurants. The villa is ideally located for exploring the beautiful island of Lanzarote. Matagorda is approximately 20 kilometres to the resort of Costa Teguise. Here the islands water park, the biggest aquarium in the Canary Islands, a beautiful 18-hole golf course and world class wind surfing schools are located.
ServicesFor guests staying longer than seven nights there is a weekly maid service, including a towel and linen change.
Car RequirementsIt is not essential to hire a car to enjoy the amenities of Matagorda and Puerto del Carmen however car hire would be recommended to explore the beautiful island of Lanzarote and its many attractions.

Arrival and Departure Times
This property will normally be available for occupation by 14:00 hrs on the day of arrival and clients are required to vacate the property before 10:00 hrs on the day of departure to facilitate cleaning and servicing.
Deposit and Balance Payments
- To confirm bookings placed more than 13 weeks before arrival, a desposit of the greater of 20% and £198.2 is due, and the full balance is due 13 weeks before arrival.
- To confirm bookings placed less than 13 weeks before arrival, the full balance must be paid.
Cancellations
- More than 70 days before departure the deposit will be retained
- Between 70 and 56 days before arrival 50% of the total cost will be retained
- Between 57 and 28 days before departure 80% of the total cost will be retained
- Less than 28 days before departure 100% of the total cost will be retained
Changes to Bookings
Should changes to the booking be required at any time after the booking is confirmed, a charge of £27.03 will be levied.
