This is an impressive, stylish and very modern villa. It is set in beautiful, generously proportioned, mature gardens and has a separate pool house with a living room and large open plan kitchen. It is only three kilometres from the lovely resort town of Pollensa and two kilometres to the nearest golf course.

Interior

This is a beautiful villa that has been decorated and furnished to a very superior standard. It is extremely spacious with high, wooden beamed ceilings and skylights making it bright and airy throughout. The enormous, main living room has a large sofa area, a modern triangular wrought iron fireplace and huge sliding patio doors to the beautiful garden. It is open plan to two dining areas with access to terraces. The well equipped, modern kitchen has a breakfast table and a door leading to the courtyard and the pool house. For additional comfort there is a cloakroom on the ground floor. The villa has five good sized and attractive bedrooms, all with air conditioning. The master bedroom is located on the ground floor with large built-in wardrobes leading to a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower and a glass panel door leading to the courtyard. Two bedrooms are located on the first floor. Both bedrooms have twin beds, a writing desk,
light parquet floors and share a spacious bathroom. There are two separate attractive bedrooms with separate entrances. One is next to the main villa entrance, the other next to the pool house and they each have an en-suite shower room. The pool house which can be accessed via the courtyard, has a lovely, large living room with wicker furniture, an open fireplace, barbecue and enormous glass panels facing the pool and gardens. This room is open plan to a very spacious, modern kitchen.

Exterior

Villa Pegasus is accessed by a private driveway and is surrounded by extensive, mature gardens. There is a barbecue located in the front part of the house with an elevated round shaped sitting area which is shaded by vines. The large 10 x 5 metre pool is surrounded by palm trees and sun lounges. The pool house has a large covered terrace, ceiling fans, patio furniture and romantic lighting. This area overlooks the swimming pool and is an idyllic place to enjoy long hours of al fresco dining in this sublime climate. There is another spacious terrace located at the other side of the house with rural views which can be accessed from the living room.

Amenities

The villa is situated 3 kilometres away from the town of Pollensa with its narrow cobblestone streets and typical Mallorquine stone houses. Pollensa is a good base from which to explore the dramatic scenery of Mallorca’s northeast coast, located 70 kilometres from Palma de Mallorca. The relaxed family resort of Port of Pollensa is a short drive away with its wide sandy bay lined with an excellent selection of shops, cafes and restaurants. There is a Sunday market in the town of Pollensa and a Wednesday market in the Port of Pollensa offering local produce and local handcrafts. The nine-hole golf course, ideal for beginners and experienced golfers alike, is only 2 kilometres away.
