This impressive villa is beautifully situated in the protected area of “Ses Salines Natural Park” and only 200 metres from the beach dunes of Es Cavallet. It commands views over the densely wooded countryside from its various terraces, one of which has sea views. The location of the villa is ideal for VIP access to the exclusive beaches in this area. Villa Jordi benefits from a separate one bed roomed apartment.

Interior

This delightful, two storey villa has been harmoniously decorated, using good quality furnishings throughout. It blends in perfectly with its beautiful surroundings and offers a tranquil location for a relaxing holiday. There is a very attractive, good sized living room with wooden beams, a fireplace and doors to a covered terrace. The country kitchen is fully equipped and has a cosy breakfast area leading out to the garden. Villa Jordi has four bedrooms, three of which are on the first floor. The master bedroom has a double bed, an en-suite bathroom and doors to a large terrace with views over to Formentera Island. There are two bedrooms with twin beds which share a shower room with separate wc. One of these also has doors to the terrace. The fourth bedroom is in the apartment to the side of the villa. This has a separate entrance into a large living room with an open fireplace, a kitchenette and a bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom. The sofa in the living room is a sofa bed and can accommodate an extra person. All bedrooms are fitted with air-conditioning units

Exterior

This villa has several attractive terraces and seating areas outside, many offering welcome shade from the hot Ibithenco sun. The kitchen opens onto two dining areas which are shaded by trees and the covered terrace outside the living room has further comfortable seating. Another large, covered terrace outside two bedrooms on the first floor is furnished with patio furniture and has steps leading onto a roof terrace. This is not safe for children due to its not having a surrounding wall. The villa is set on a hill and for this reason has several garden levels. Looking over to the sea is a wonderful chill out area with large cushions. It also overlooks the superb 10x3 metre swimming pool which has roman steps and is surrounded by an extensive sun terrace and decking area.
NB As the villa is located in a protected area any kind of outdoor fire, including BBQ’s are strictly prohibited in this area.

Amenities

Villa Jordi is conveniently located in walking distance to two wonderful sandy beaches, La Escollera and the optional naturist beach of Es Cavallet.. There is a small supermarket just 1 kilometre away. The nearest town is San Jordi which is just 6 kilometres away where every Saturday there is a flea market. There you’ll also find several local restaurants, tapas bars, boutiques and shops as well as a pharmacy and a bank. Cosmopolitan Ibiza town is 15 kilometres from the villa with all the day and night life it has to offer. Supermarkets and traditional shops sit alongside more sophisticated boutiques and where you can go and rub shoulders with the jetset.
