This imposing villa has a sumptuous, elegant feel and is extremely spacious. The swimming pool is set in beautiful mature gardens and has an integrated jacuzzi. Set in a tranquil location, just four kilometres from the delightful family resort of Port of Pollensa, it is an ideal base from which to explore Mallorca’s stunning north east coast.

Interior

This villa has been stylishly decorated with traditional antique furniture. The living room, complete with fire place, is open plan to an impressive, formal dining area with a country style dining suite. Patio doors lead out onto a large covered terrace. The separate kitchen is beautifully fitted and well equipped for a self-catering holiday. Doors lead out on both sides to the barbecue area as well as the covered terrace. The villa has four bedrooms which are all equipped with air-conditioning and heating. On the ground floor is a large twin bedroom with an en-suite shower room. The charm of this bedroom is added to by the lovely arched ceiling. The wonderful master bedroom also has an arched ceiling, a king size bed and a separate bathroom. On the first floor are another two bedrooms. One has a double bed and the other has twin beds. They both share a full size family bathroom with a sunk- in bathtub.

Exterior

The entrance of the villa is prolific with beautiful vines and leads onto the covered terrace which runs along two sides of the villa. The terrace is furnished with patio table and chairs, overlooking the pool, ideal for those balmy summer evenings of alfresco dining whilst enjoying memorable sunsets. There is also a covered barbecue area with a long wooden table and benches providing ample seating, as well as a utility room. The terrace overlooks the green lawns along with a pond and a superb, large swimming pool which has a separate shallow area that can be used as a children’s pool. Alternatively it can be used by adults for relaxing, using the integral seating and power jets. The pool measures 8 x 4 metres and is accessed by a ladder. It is surrounded by extensive green lawns and a sunbathing terrace.

Amenities

Pollensa is located 3,5 kilometres from the villa and is a good base from which to explore the dramatic scenery of Mallorca’s northeast coast. Located 55 kilometres from Palma de Mallorca, Pollensa sits in the foothills of the Serra de Tramuntana Mountains and is full of traditional charm. Narrow winding streets lead to the bustling town square of Plaza Major where you can dine or just have a drink at one of the many local bars. A short drive away is the Bay of Pollensa with its sheltered horseshoe shaped beach and warm, shallow waters. The relaxed family resort of Port of Pollensa is a short drive away with its wide sandy bay lined with an excellent selection of shops, cafes and restaurants. There is a Sunday market in the town of Pollensa and a Wednesday market in the Port of Pollensa offering local produce and local handcrafts. The nine-hole golf course, ideal for beginners and experienced golfers alike, is only four kilometres away. Nearby, is the larger resort of Alcudia, boasting one of the largest beaches on Mallorca and for families there is the water park.
