This excellent, high quality, villa is superbly located opposite the Pollensa golf course with distant views to the bay of Pollensa and the sea. The villa has an exceptional swimming pool with an island in the middle for sunbathing as well as a separate pool house with a huge living room and kitchen.

Interior

The main entrance hall of this spacious and bright villa doubles as a reception area with an open fireplace and can be used as a second living room. The beautiful, principal living room with it’s high gabled, wooden ceiling is located in the pool house. The modern, Spanish style dining room is very light and leads to the covered terrace and the main, well-equipped, separate kitchen. The villa has four attractive and airy bedrooms. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and one with twin beds, they share a full size family bathroom. The other two bedrooms are located on the first floor and share a bathroom. One has a double bed and patio doors leading onto a large balcony with dining furniture. The other has twin beds and a smaller, private terrace. Both bedrooms have spectacular views to the sea and pool. The living room in the pool house has a big dining area, very large patio doors and there is a second fully fitted kitchen.

Exterior

The exterior of this property is lovely and quite unique. The covered terrace is surrounded by flowers and overlooks the pool area. It has dining furniture as well as a long wooden table and benches for additional seating. The pear shaped 12 x 5 metre pool is surrounded by a large sun terrace and has the unique feature of a bridge crossing over to an island in the middle of the pool, functioning as an additional private sun terrace for two. From here you also have spectacular views to the sea. The pool is accessed by roman steps. The pool house is located to the side of the villa. A built-in barbecue is located in a covered area with dining furniture, making it perfect for alfresco dining in the lazy Mallorquine summer nights.

Amenities

The friendly resort of Pollensa is located three kilometres from the villa and is a good base from which to explore the dramatic scenery of Mallorca’s northeast coast. Located 55 kilometres from Palma de Mallorca, pretty Pollensa sits in the foothills of the Serra de Tramuntana mountains and is full of traditional charm. Narrow, winding streets lead to the bustling town square, the Plaza Major, where you can enjoy memorable hours of alfresco dining or just have a drink at one of the many charming local bars. A short drive away is the Bay of Pollensa with its sheltered horseshoe shaped beach and warm, shallow aquamarine waters. The relaxed family resort of Port of Pollensa is a short drive away with its wide, golden sandy bay lined with an excellent selection of shops, cafes and restaurants. There is a Sunday market in the town of Pollensa and a Wednesday market in the Port of Pollensa brimming with colourful local produce and handicrafts. The nine-hole golf course, ideal for beginners and experienced golfers alike, is only five kilometres away. Nearby, is the larger resort of Alcudia, boasting one of the largest beaches on Mallorca and for families there is the water park.
