This magnificent villa has been luxuriously appointed and stylishly decorated to provide a memorable, relaxing holiday while enjoying the benefits of a large, heated swimming pool and a pool-side Jacuzzi. The location is ideal for clients wishing to enjoy the picturesque old harbour area of Puerto del Carmen which is within walking distance, as are the golden beaches in this popular resort. It is perfectly placed for easy reach of most of the islands attractions and is a few minutes drive from the exclusive, international marina of Puerto Calero. An excellent choice of restaurants and shops are nearby.

Interior

This impressive, new villa has been decorated to a very high specification and offers great comfort to the discerning client. It has a large, sumptuous living room with honey coloured marble flooring and several patio doors which create a light and bright atmosphere. This lovely room looks out and has access to the swimming pool. A separate, elegant dining room has seating for eight, patio doors to the terrace and a charming, feature internal garden of sub-tropical plants which can be romantically lit at night. There is a modern, well-equipped, separate kitchen. The villa has four very attractive bedrooms with fitted wardrobes. There are two double bedrooms one of which has an en-suite bathroom and two twin bedrooms, one has an en-suite bathroom and there is also a full family bathroom. Two bedrooms have wall-mounted TV’s.

Exterior

Patio doors from the villa lead out onto a partially covered terrace which overlooks the private, electrically heated swimming pool. From here there are distant views to the sea and the neighbouring island of Fuerteventura. A sun bathing terrace surrounds the lovely, 7x4 metre swimming pool which is accessed by roman steps. The al fresco enjoyment of this villa is enhanced by a luxurious pool-side Jacuzzi in which guests can relax while enjoying wonderful sunsets and star gazing. There is a comfortable seating area, perfect for a pre-dinner drink . The villa also has an outdoor dining area and a barbecue for poolside relaxation in the balmy Lanzarote climate.

Amenities

Touch of Class is situated in an exclusive, residential area of Puerto del Carmen, where many superb holiday villas are located. It is within walking distance of a large selection of restaurants, bars and supermarkets and approximately 15 minutes to the picturesque, old harbour area. It is a beautiful and relaxing location from which to watch spectacular sunsets and the local fishermen bringing in the catch of the day, while enjoying a class of sangria or a local wine. Many excursions leave from this harbour, including a glass bottom boat. The small, golden sand beach Playa Chica is 2 kilometres from the villa. It also has a volcanic rocky cove, famous for excellent snorkelling, a small restaurant and a dive school. Nearby is the start of 7 kilometres of fabulous, golden beaches, all of which fly the Blue Flag awarded by the EEC for cleanliness and offer sun beds, parasols and a variety of water sports. For the young at heart Puerto del Carmen, the largest resort on Lanzarote, has the best selection of night life, including a casino. A variety of sporting activities and entertainment are available in the resort and nearby. These include tennis, karting, mini-golf, bike, quad and buggie rental. The large Biosfera shopping centre in the old town area has an excellent selection of tax-free shops, including Zara, Timberland and Swarovski and a children's play area. Within a few minutes drive is Rancho Texas theme park where children can see a selection of unusual animals, enjoy the daily parrot and sea lion shows and go on pony rides. Line dancing, barbecues and wild-west shows are offered in the evenings. The exclusive marina at Puerto Calero is only a few minutes journey by car, or a water ride taxi from the harbour. It can also be reached along a spectacular costal path and has a superb selection of designer boutiques. It is a beautiful setting in which to enjoy a meal or drink in one of the many restaurants, while enjoying the activities of an international marina and the sight of stunningly luxurious, jet-set boats. It is also the departure point for many popular excursions including game fishing, a catamaran excursion to the famous Papagayo Beaches, submarine trips and yacht charters. This holiday villa is ideally located for exploring the rest of the beautiful island of Lanzarote. Central Puerto del Carmen is only 25 kilometres to the resort of Costa Teguise. Here the islands water park, the biggest aquarium in the Canary Islands, a beautiful 18 hole golf course and world class wind surfing schools are located. The volcanic wine growing region of La Geria is only a few kilometres drive and there are many Bodegas (vineyards) where local produce can be sampled and purchased.

Services

For guests staying longer than a week there is a weekly maid service. Linen is changed mid-week and towels are changed on six days of the week. When the villa is offered at a special rate, there will be a weekly maid service with linen change and a mid week towel change.
The owners provide a complimentary welcome, food basket including a bottle of cava.
NB: This villa prefers 7 or 14 night stays during summer months and over the Christmas and New Year. Please check the dates with us if you are unsure.
