This magnificent villa has been luxuriously appointed and stylishly decorated to provide a memorable, relaxing holiday while enjoying the benefits of a large, heated swimming pool and a pool-side Jacuzzi. The location is ideal for clients wishing to enjoy the picturesque old harbour area of Puerto del Carmen which is within walking distance, as are the golden beaches in this popular resort. It is perfectly placed for easy reach of most of the islands attractions and is a few minutes drive from the exclusive, international marina of Puerto Calero. An excellent choice of restaurants and shops are nearby.

Interior

This impressive, new villa has been decorated to a very high specification and offers great comfort to the discerning client. It has a large, sumptuous living room with honey coloured marble flooring and several patio doors which create a light and bright atmosphere. This lovely room looks out and has access to the swimming pool. A separate, elegant dining room has seating for eight, patio doors to the terrace and a charming, feature internal garden of sub-tropical plants which can be romantically lit at night. There is a modern, well-equipped, separate kitchen. The villa has four very attractive bedrooms with fitted wardrobes. There are two double bedrooms one of which has an en-suite bathroom and two twin bedrooms, one has an en-suite bathroom and there is also a full family bathroom. Two bedrooms have wall-mounted TV’s.

Exterior

Patio doors from the villa lead out onto a partially covered terrace which overlooks the private, electrically heated swimming pool. From here there are distant views to the sea and the neighbouring island of Fuerteventura. A sun bathing terrace surrounds the lovely, 7x4 metre swimming pool which is accessed by roman steps. The al fresco enjoyment of this villa is enhanced by a luxurious pool-side Jacuzzi in which guests can relax while enjoying wonderful sunsets and star gazing. There is a comfortable seating area, perfect for a pre-dinner drink . The villa also has an outdoor dining area and a barbecue for poolside relaxation in the balmy Lanzarote climate.

Amenities

This villa is located in a residential area tucked away from the tourist bustle of the resort. It is approximately a ten minute walk to the picturesque old harbour area, where there are some of the best Canarian restaurants and bars on the island, some lovely excursions and glorious views. It is ten minutes to the large Biosphere Shopping Plazza, with wonderful shops to browse in. The nearest beach is Playa Chica which is adjacent to the harbour and the main promenade along the miles of golden beaches of Puerto Del Carmen is approximately a fifteen-minute walk. A five minute drive takes you to the beautiful marina at Puerto Calero where there is a large selection of international cuisine and some superb marine excursions. Playa Chica has one of the best diving and snorkelling schools on the island as well as jet-ski hire and parascending.

Services

For guests staying longer than a week there is a weekly maid service. Linen is changed mid-week and towels are changed on six days of the week. A welcome basket including a glass of champagne awaits guests on arrival.
