This is a superior, new villa located on a peaceful development, within walking distance of the excellent amenities and beaches of Playa Blanca. Stylishly decorated and benefiting from a heated swimming pool, a colourful sub-tropical garden and a double Jacuzzi bath, this is a perfect choice for a memorable holiday. For families with young children this property benefits from a gated swimming pool. For larger groups and families Villa Seraphena, Villa Mariposa and Villa Benita are nearby.

Interior

This excellent, spacious, detached villa is decorated to a high standard using good quality furnishings. High vaulted ceilings, patio doors and light furniture create a feeling of bright airiness throughout the villa. The large, elegant, double living room has two seating areas furnished with several, luxurious, leather sofas, a plasma television and patio doors to the garden and pool area. The well-equipped, modern kitchen has access to a dining area with patio doors to the terrace. The villa has four attractive, colourful bedrooms, three with ceiling fans and one with a portable fan. The master bedroom has a double bed and a luxurious en-suite bathroom with a fabulous, double bath and a separate walk-in shower. There are two bedrooms with twin beds and one with a single bed . A fold away bed can be added for a child. These rooms share a family shower room.

Exterior

The villa is set in a large, walled garden with a sunbathing terrace surrounding the 6x4 metre, electrically, heated swimming pool which is accessed by roman steps. For families with young children this property benefits from a gated swimming pool. Part of the garden is planted with a large display of indigenous, sub-tropical plants and is separated from the pool terrace. A built-in barbecue and outdoor patio furniture enhance the idyllic setting for al fresco dining and relaxing in the long hours of wonderful, warm sunshine. The villa benefits from private, gated, off road parking.

Amenities

This lovely villa is located on a prestigious development of new, luxury villas on the outskirts of Playa Blanca town centre. The resort centre is approximately a fifteen minute walk or two minute drive from the villa and the nearest beach, Playa Flamingo, is about the same distance and is extremely popular with families due to its shallow, calm nature. There is a local supermarket just a five minute walk from the villa. In recent years Playa Blanca has grown from a traditional Canarian fishing village into a fashionable tourist resort and has retained a great deal of its original character. A pretty promenade runs along the seafront and is lined with bars, restaurants and shops. The amazing Papagayo beaches are only a 10 minute drive away and are famous throughout Spain for their unspoilt location, golden sands and aquamarine, clear waters. The unspoilt Canarian villages of Las Brenas, El Golfo and Femes are only a short drive away, as is the volcanic national park of Timanfya. The pretty harbour of Playa Blanca is the departure point for many excursions including trips to the neighbouring islands of Fuerteventura and Los Lobos. A water taxi is also available to take people to Papagayo beaches. The recently opened, Puerto Rubicon Marina is a ten minute drive from the villa and is the location of many exclusive boutiques, bars and restaurants. Several excursions, including a catamaran trip depart from the Marina. Playa Blanca is approximately a 40 minute transfer from the airport.
