This is an elegant villa in an excellent location. It lies directly on the sandy beach of Las Chapas with beautiful sea views. It is located between Marbella and Mijas Costa in close vicinity to many golf courses.

Interior

The superb villa is on one level.It is equipped with good quality, stylish furnishings and feels bright and spacious throughout. The living room has an open fireplace and french doors opening on to the pool area. It has large sliding glass doors which slide open to a spacious conservatory overlooking the sea. The conservatory has a long dining table and leads into the open plan kitchen. There is also an office furnished with antiques with a telephone and a fax machine for guests to use. The villa has three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, en-suite bathroom and a walk-in wardrobe with built-in cupboards. The second bedroom has twin beds and an en-suite shower room and overlooks the pool. The third bedroom can be accessed by the master bedroom as well as through the front garden which faces the sea. It has a double bed and en-suite bathroom.

Exterior

This villa has an excellent location right on the beach. The garden which faces the sea, is accessed through the conservatory. There is a small gate which leads directly to the beach. An attractive walled-in terrace surrounds the 7 x 3 metre pool. An array of plants and palm trees and make an excellent setting for the teak garden furniture. Stairs from this terrace lead up to a large roof terrace overlooking the sea. It is very spacious and a great location for a barbecue on balmy summer evenings.

Amenities

This villa is conveniently located. Directly on the beach to either side are several beach bars and restaurants. Nikki beach is aproximately three kilometres away and can be reached by foot along the beach. On Nikki Beach is a fantastic, elegant, beach bar with a high class restaurant and large sunlounges. The next supermarket is one kilometre away and can be reached, if needed, by foot as well. Several golf courses are within a short drive as well as a big selection of international restaurants and a tennis court. The buzzing port of Puerto Banus is about 20 kilometres away and is a great spot to enjoy an evening out.

Services

For guests staying longer then one week there is a weekly clean with towel and linen change. A refundable security deposit of 1250€ is required upon arrival.
