This is an elegant and bright villa located in the exclusive area of Nerja close to the famous Burriana beach with all amenities in walking distance.

Interior

The villa is on one level and is equipped with good quality, stylish furnishings making it feel bright and spacious throughout. The living room has an open fireplace and patio doors which open on to the terrace and garden area. The living room is open plan to the dining area, which has a large table. The separate kitchen is well equipped for a self-catering holiday and has a separate breakfast room with a long dining table and a door leading to the pool area and terrace. The villa has four bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and en-suite shower room. There are two bedrooms with twin beds, which share a bathroom. The other bedroom, which can be accessed through the master bedroom, has twin beds and patio doors leading into the garden. For additional convenience, there is a cloakroom. All rooms are equipped with ceiling fans and there is also air-conditioning.

Exterior

The property is very private and enclosed by high walls. The garden is well maintained with a variety of plants and flowers, giving it a pleasant sub-tropical atmosphere. The spacious terrace, which is accessed through the living room, has teak patio furniture and leads into the garden. Spiral stairs from here lead up to a 4 x 4 metre solarium that has lovely views over to the sea. The 9 x 4 metre pool, which is entered via a ladder, is surrounded by a large sunbathing terrace with sun lounges and an outside shower. There is also a shaded terrace with a built-in barbecue and garden furniture for alfresco dining on those balmy summer evenings.

Amenities

This villa is located 500 metres from Nerja’s most famous beach, Playa Burriana which has a good selection of restaurants and bars as well as a lovely broad sandy beach. The nearest supermarket is approximately only 200 metres away. The centre of Nerja is one kilometre from the villa and easily reached on foot. Nerja’s only golf course, situated in Velez-Malaga is ten kilometres away and the famous caves of Nerja are four kilometres away and offer guided tours as well as being host to concerts in summer.

Services

For guests staying longer then 7 days there is a weekly towel and linen change with a mini-clean. A refundable security deposit of £200/€300 is required on arrival, payabale to the local manager.
