This fabulous villa is in a unique position, only a few metres from the sea, with panoramic views and the sound of lapping waves. It is in a very quiet, residential location, a few minutes walk to the beach and an excellent selection of restaurants and shops. A stroll along the lit, beachfront promenade leads into the centre of Costa Teguise and the golf course and a large aqua park are nearby. It is only a ten minutes drive to the bustling resort of Puerto del Carmen with it’s miles of glorious, golden beaches and excellent amenities.

Interior

This luxurious, single storey villa has been elegantly furnished to a very high standard. The extremely spacious, stylish, living room has a very high ceiling and patio doors, making it light and airy. The formal, raised dining area overlooks the living room and has a superb, marble topped table and leather chairs. There is a separate, modern and very well-equipped kitchen, which has a serving hatch through to the dining room. The villa has three attractive bedrooms with built-in wardrobes. The master suite has a bedroom with a double bed, patio doors to the terrace and a TV and video player. It has an en-suite bathroom and an extra large dressing room, which doubles as an office. There are two bedrooms with twin beds, one of which has a ceiling fan and there is a separate, full bathroom. A seventh person can be accommodated on a fold away bed. The villa benefits from air-conditioning in the living room and bedrooms and for cooler months there is heating in the living room. This villa has the added benefit of an internet connection for those guests bringing their lap top computers.

Exterior

The property is accessed through a charming, totally private courtyard. Patio doors from the living room and the master suite lead onto a magnificent, covered terrace from where one looks straight out to the sea, which is only 75 metres away. This lovely, sheltered, terrace overlooks the 7x4 metre, electrically heated swimming pool, which is accessed by ladder steps and has a decorative internal ledge around its perimeter. The terrace is well furnished with a comfortable seating area and a large, wooden dining table. Together with the adjacent, built-in barbecue, this makes a magical setting for wonderful hours of al fresco relaxation and creates the most beautiful venue for a very memorable holiday. Stairs from the main terrace lead up to a fabulous, large roof terrace which commands breathtaking, panoramic views over the sea and the surrounding coastline. From here one can often catch sightings of dolphins swimming by.

Amenities

A gate in the attractive, sub-tropical garden leads out to the sea front and onto the superb promenade. This stretches a few kilometres along the sea front, from the King of Spain’s holiday home near the villa, all the way through Costa Teguise to the excellent windsurfing beach at Las Cucharas. It is well lit at night and ideal for an evening stroll to a wide choice of local and international restaurants. The nearest sandy beach is Playa Bastian which is a five minute walk. The rocky seafront by the villa is perfect for fishing enthusiasts and for beachcombing at low tide. An excellent supermarket, the nearest restaurant, a cyber café and a fitness centre are within a two minutes walk. Costa Teguise is host to a lovely golf course and a large aqua park, both of which are a short drive from the villa and this is a perfect location from which to explore the stunning and varied sights of this magical island.

Services

For guests staying longer than one week there is a weekly maid service and a mid-week towel change. This villa has the luxury of air-conditioning for the warm summer months.
