Located in the eastern rural hamlet of San Lawrenz, this delightful house, has been newly built with Gozitan stone. It is a short drive away from the village of Gharb and 1km away from Dwerja Bay.

Interior

This bright and spacious house has been tastefully decorated with an open plan feel. In the centre of the house there is a large glassed courtyard to give a great amount of light to the house. There is a spacious, open plan kitchen, living room and dining area. Large windows overlooking the pool area flood the villa with sunlight making all the rooms light and airy and the kitchen overlooks the lovely sunny terrace and pool area. There are three attractive bedrooms. There is one double bedroom and two twin bedrooms which all overlook the living area and share two bathrooms. There is optional air conditoning available in the bedrooms and living room, which is arranged and paid for locally.

Exterior

The pool area is secluded by an enclosed courtyard making it very private. There is a large swimming pool measuring 10 x 4.5 metres with sun-beds and also a barbeque and patio dining furniture for al fresco meals on those balmy summer evenings.

Amenities

The villa is only five minutes walk away from the square of San Lawrenz where there are a couple of small local bars and one kilometre from Dwejra Bay which is famous for the inland sea and the Blue Hole. The nearest beach is at Dwerja Bay and for shops and restaurants head for the capital of Victoria which is a short drive away.

Services

For guests staying longer than seven nights there is a weekly maid service with a mid week towel change and bathroom clean.

Car Requirements

It is essential to hire a car on this fascinating island. The roads are good and every kilometre brings a new and interesting surprise. We can supply a good selection of hire cars or jeeps.
