(as rated by 1 recent visitors) | The villa is set in large, very private grounds backed by mature trees with a lovely pool area. Located two kilometres from the centre of town, it is close to all amenities and offers a good standard of holiday accommodation.
InteriorThe interior of the villa is beautifully furnished with a colourful, Spanish feel. It has a very comfortable, attractive living room with a fireplace and a dining area. The large, separate kitchen has a breakfast table and a door leading to the barbecue terrace and pool area. The villa has three lovely bedrooms. One bedroom is on the ground floor. It has twin beds and a separate shower room. The spacious master bedroom is located on the first floor. It has a double bed, a TV and an en-suite shower room. The other bedroom has twin beds and has a separate access to the same en-suite shower room.
ExteriorThe villa has several terraces and areas to relax and enjoy alfresco dining on warm summer evenings. The covered barbecue area has a sink and additional working surface, making it easy to prepare an alfresco meal. Steps lead up to the 9x4 metre pool, which is surrounded by a sun terrace and has an outside shower. The grounds of this villa are walled in and very private. A gated driveway provides ample parking space.
AmenitiesThe villa is located two kilometres away from the centre of Dénia which is a relaxed family resort dotted with colourful villas and blessed with 16 Kilometres of long sandy beaches. All of these beaches have the Blue Flag Award for cleanliness and many are wheelchair accessible. The closest beach is three kilometres from the villa. In summer, beach bars, locally known as ‘Chiringuitos’ are built on the beach and provide a wonderful setting for enjoying Spanish paella or tapas washed down with a glass of delicious wine.
ServicesFor guests staying longer then two weeks there is a mid-weekly maid service with mini-clean, towel and linen change.A refundable security deposit of 300EUR is required upon arrival. Please note that for arrivals after 20:00 there will be a out of hours charge of 50euros.
