This beautiful, elegant, two-storey villa is located in the prestigious development of La Guardia Park only a ten-minute drive from Arenal beach.

Interior

The villa has been furnished with a sumptuous, elegant feel and is extremely spacious .It is extremely light throughout owing to high ceilings and large patio doors allowing the light to flood in. The comfortable, well-furnished living room has a dining area and patio doors to the terrace and pool area. The separate kitchen is very spacious and is well equipped for a self-catering holiday. The villa has three bedrooms. The master bedroom is located on the first floor and has patio doors leading onto a large L-shaped balcony complete with garden furniture overlooking the pool. It has an en-suite bathroom with a corner Jacuzzi. The other two bedrooms are located on the ground floor and have twin beds. They share a full family size bathroom with two sinks.

Exterior

The L-shaped covered terrace is accessed through patio doors from the living room and has two attractive seating areas complete with elegant rattan furniture .Patio furniture is also provided for a perfect alfresco dining experience on those lazy summer evenings. High walls, giving privacy to the fabulous gardens and pool area, surround the villa. Part lawn and part gravel, planted with palms, flowering shrubs and small trees, provide an idyllic setting. A large sun terrace surrounds the 10x5 metre pool, which is entered by roman steps.

Amenities

The villa is situated in the exclusive development of La Guardia Park. Here you will find a bank, a baker and a café. Also within walking distance only 300 metres away is a tennis / boules club with mini golf, a couple of restaurants and a small supermarket. A little drive away is a larger supermarket, as well as various bars and restaurants, and several scenic points with panoramic views of the rocky headlands and bays. The villa is aboutfive kilometres from the lively, family-friendly Arenal area of Jávea. With its sandy beach, shops, bars, restaurants, night clubs and supermarkets, it is a preferred holiday destination for tourists. Jávea port and old town are located about 15 minutes drive away. Nearby coves, Granadella and La Barraca are good for snorkelling, bathing and have beach bars. Services

For guests staying longer than one week there is a weekly maid service . A refundable breakage deposit of £250 cash or the equivalent in euros is required to be paid locally on arrival to the local manager.
