This beautiful, elegant two-storey villa is located in the prestigious development of La Guardia Park only a ten-minute drive from Arenal beach and is surrounded by beautiful, well-maintained gardens.

Interior

The villa has been furnished with a sumptuous, elegant feel and is extremely light and airy. The comfortable, well-furnished living room has a dining area and patio doors to the garden and pool area. The large separate kitchen is well equipped for a self-catering holiday and has a door which opens up onto the garden. The villa has three bedrooms. The master bedroom is located on the first floor. It is very roomy with a bay window and a patio door leading onto a private solarium. It has an en-suite bathroom with a separate toilet. The other two bedrooms are located on the ground floor and have twin beds. All bedrooms have ceiling fans. On the ground floor is a shower room with a spacious stand-in shower as well as a bathroom with a corner bath.

Exterior

The L-shaped covered terrace provides a large dining area close to the built-in barbecue. Patio furniture is provided for a perfect alfresco dining experience on those balmy summer evenings. High walls, giving privacy to the fabulous gardens and pool area, surround the villa. A well-maintained lawn, planted with palms, flowering shrubs and small trees provide an idyllic setting. A large sun terrace surrounds the 10x5 metre pool, which is entered by roman steps and has a small water feature cascading into it.

Amenities

The villa is situated in the exclusive development of La Guardia Park. Here you will find a bank, a baker and a café. Also within walking distance only 300 metres away is a tennis / boules club with mini golf, a couple of restaurants and a small supermarket. A little drive away is a larger supermarket, as well as various bars and restaurants, and several scenic points with panoramic views of the rocky headlands and bays. The villa is aboutfive kilometres from the lively, family-friendly Arenal area of Jávea. With its sandy beach, shops, bars, restaurants, night clubs and supermarkets, it is a preferred holiday destination for tourists. Jávea port and old town are located about 15 minutes drive away. Nearby coves, Granadella and La Barraca are good for snorkelling, bathing and have beach bars. For families wishing to holiday in the same development, this villa is one of two that we offer in La Guardia Park - just across the road is Villa Zeus.

Services

For guests staying longer than one week there is a weekly maid service . A refundable breakage deposit of £250 cash or the equivalent in euros is required to be paid locally on arrival to the local manager.
