This detached two-storey villa has been furnished and decorated in contemporary, Spanish style. It is located in an elevated position within the quiet residential area of Entrepinos and has superb views.

Interior

The main living area of this villa is set on the first floor to maximize the wonderful views. The living room has an open fireplace and large patio doors opening onto a small balcony. There is a formal dining area, which is open plan to the living room and surrounded by bay windows, making it bright and airy. There is an additional sitting area with white rattan furniture and patio doors leading into the lovely courtyard. The separate kitchen, which is well equipped, has a breakfast table and a door to the pool area. The villa has four bedrooms. Three bedrooms are located on the first floor. The master bedroom has a double bed, an en-suite bathroom and patio doors leading onto a balcony with splendid views over the tranquil estate of Entrepinos. The second bedroom has a double bed and the other one has twin beds. Both share a full sized family bathroom. An additional bedroom is located on the ground floor and has a separate entrance. It is very large and has a double bed (can be made up as two single beds) as well as two single beds. It also has an en-suite bathroom. There is central heating throughout the villa.

Exterior

The exterior of this villa is exceptionally lovely and quite unique. It has a superb courtyard with a large sunbathing terrace, surrounding the kidney shaped 8x4 metre pool, which is entered via roman steps. A covered terrace looking onto the pool area provides a cool and sheltered place for relaxing and al fresco dining in the wonderful, warm summer days. A built-in barbecue area is provided as well, surrounded by bougainvilleas and many other tropical plants. For guests use there is also a table tennis table.

Amenities

There is a good supermarket within one kilometre from the villa. Shops, bars and restaurants within a few minutes drive by car about 2.5 kilometres away. About three kilometres away is Arenal beach, offering sand and sea, an extraordinarily bustling and lively atmosphere, nightlife for the young and the not so young, and a good choice of bars, restaurants and shops. The attractive port and historic old town of Jávea are also well worth a visit, and two excellent golf courses are just a short drive away.

Services

For guests staying longer than one week there is a weekly maid service . A refundable breakage deposit of £250 cash or the equivalent in euros is required to be paid locally on arrival to the local manager.
