InteriorThis is a well-appointed townhouse located in a quiet residential area. There is a spacious living room. An American style open kitchen looks into the dining area and is well equipped for a self-catering holiday. For added comfort there is cloakroom on the ground floor. The townhouse has two bedrooms, which are located on the first floor. Both have twin beds and share a bathroom. There is under floor heating throughout the house.
ExteriorThe townhouse is set in the secluded development of Altamar and has its own allocated parking space. The community gardens are well maintained. Extensive lawns surround the large 15x6 metre communal pool, which is entered by ladders and a there is also a separate children’s pool. A shaded area provides a lovely cool place to sit outside on hot summer days. The townhouse has it’s own private terrace with teak garden furniture and a gate accessing the community area.
AmenitiesThe natural, pebble stone beach is within walking distance from the development only 600 Metres away and from here you can also walk to the port of Javea. El Arenal beach is located one kilometre away from the townhouse. The beach is wide and sandy and stretches along a broad promenade lined with cafes and restaurants. There are several more beaches in the area, which are especially great for snorkelling and diving. Javea also has two golf courses in the vicinity.
ServicesFor guests staying here, there is a weekly towel and linen change. A refundable breakage deposit of £150 cash or the equivalent in euros is required to be paid locally on arrival to the local manager.
