This complex of apartments and townhouses has a relaxed, family-orientated atmosphere and is within a few minutes’ walk of Arenal beach and the rocky coastline that surrounds it which is waiting to be explored. Casa Capricornio enjoys all of the facilities of the complex and the attractions of the popular Mediterranean resort of Javea with its range of sports, watersports, historic old town and port.

Interior

The living area is brightly and simply furnished and has a comfortable seating area opening onto a spacious, walled dining area seating four. An archway leads through to the kitchen which is fitted with traditional style units and is equipped with everything necessary to enjoy a self-catering family holiday in the sun. Also on this floor is a guest cloakroom with toilet and basin. The villa has two bedrooms on the first floor. The master bedroom has twin beds which can be pushed together to make a king-sized double bed. The second bedroom has twin beds. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans and share a bathroom with shower over the bath. The villa has under-floor heating.

Exterior

The villa has a spacious, private terrace with dining table and four chairs which is a pleasantly shaded and private area in which to enjoy family meals together. A pathway and steps lead to the communal gardens which are largely laid to lawn and planted with palm trees. The gardens feature fountains, a large, 15 x 6m communal pool, accessed by ladder steps, and a children’s pool. The communal areas are pleasant and shady in places and are a relaxing space in which to read a book or socialise. The villa has an allocated parking space.

Amenities

The natural, pebble stone beach is within walking distance from the development only 600 Metres away and from here you can also walk to the port of Javea. El Arenal beach is located one kilometre away from the townhouse. The beach is wide and sandy and stretches along a broad promenade lined with cafes and restaurants. There are several more beaches in the area, which are especially great for snorkelling and diving. Javea also has two golf courses in the vicinity.

Services

For guests staying here, there is a weekly towel and linen change. A refundable breakage deposit of £150 cash or the equivalent in euros is required to be paid locally on arrival to the local manager.
