InteriorThese townhouses have been individually furnished in contemporary, Spanish style. The living rooms have a dining area and patio doors leading onto a terrace with garden furniture for alfresco dining on warm summer evenings. The open plan, American style kitchen is well equipped for a self-catering holiday. Both townhouses have three bedrooms. The master bedroom with its en-suite bathroom is located on the second floor and takes up the entire floor. It is open plan to the staircase leading up from the first floor. The other two bedrooms are located on the first floor. They both have twin beds and share a bathroom. For added comfort there is a cloakroom on the ground floor. Both houses are fitted with air-conditioning.
ExteriorThe townhouses are located in the community gardens of a prestigious development. There is ample parking space provided in the front of the houses. They share an 8x4 community pool as well as a children’s pool , which are surrounded by lawns and fenced off. Each townhouse has a terrace with garden furniture and an entrance into the house facing towards the pool. The second terrace is located facing the street and is accessed by the living room.
AmenitiesThe natural, pebble stone beach is within walking distance from the development, 200 metres away. From here you can also walk to the port of Javea. El Arenal beach is located 700 metres away from the townhouses. The beach is wide and sandy and stretches along a broad promenade lined with cafes and restaurants. There are several more beaches in the area, which are especially great for snorkelling and diving. Javea also has two golf courses in the vicinity.
