This charming villa has been decorated in contemporary, modern style and is bright and airy throughout. It is set in the tranquil development of Pinosol only two kilometres away from El Arenal beach.

Interior

This elegant, single storey villa has a large living room, decorated with light furniture. It incorporates a dining area and has an open fireplace. Large wooden doors open up onto the covered terrace and pool area. The American style kitchen is very spacious and looks into the living room. It has access to a large utility room, equipped with washing machine and dishwasher. The villa has three bedrooms. The master bedroom has two double beds put together and an en-suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms have twin beds and share a shower room. All rooms are equipped with air-conditioning units, as is the living room.

Exterior

Mature gardens and palm trees surround the villa, which is enclosed by high walls. The covered terrace is furnished with patio tables and chairs and provides a cool and sheltered area for relaxing and alfresco dining in the wonderful long summer days. The 8x4 metre pool, accessed by roman steps and a ladder, has a sun terrace with several sun lounges and a poolside shower.

Amenities

The villa is about two kilometres away from the lively, family-friendly Arenal area of Jávea. El Arenal is a wide sandy beach offering safe bathing, beach and water sports, around which lies a wide promenade with bars, restaurants and shops. It is equally lively during the daytime and at night and is a preferred holiday destination for tourists. The attractive port and historic old town of Jávea are also well worth a visit. The closest supermarkets are only 1.3 kilometres away and the closest restaurant only 100 metres. Two golf courses are just a short drive away, the closest being five kilometres. Nearby coves, Granadella and La Barraca are good for snorkelling, bathing and beach bars.

Services

For guests staying longer than one week there is a weekly maid service .A refundable breakage deposit of £200 cash or the equivalent in euros is required to be paid locally on arrival to the local manager.
