This superb villa has been furnished with a sumptuous, elegant feel and is extremely spacious. Located only two kilometres away from El Arenal beach, in the quiet residential area of Pinosol, it is perched on a hill and has panoramic views to the sea.

Interior

This is a very luxurious villa furnished to a high standard. The spacious living room has leather sofas, a fireplace and several patio doors leading onto the pool area. There is a formal dining area, which is open plan to the living room. The American style kitchen is very spacious, equipped with modern appliances and looks into the dining area and living room. There is a separate utility room and a door with access to the barbecue area and wonderful back gardens. The villa has three stylish bedrooms on the ground floor. The master bedroom has a double bed and patio doors leading onto a small terrace with access to the back gardens. It has an en-suite bathroom. The other bedroom has a double bed and a separate shower room. The third bedroom has twin beds and there is an additional shower room located on the first floor. There is also a small solarium located on the first floor for private sunbathing.

Exterior

This villa is set in large, very private, extensive gardens with tropical plants, white stone gardens and panoramic views to Mount Montgó, the sea and Cape Antonio. It has a large covered terrace overlooking the pool and sea and is romantically lit at night. The 9x5 metre pool can be accessed by roman steps and is surrounded by a large sun terrace with several sun lounges. Steps lead down into the extensive stone garden and the barbecue area. The back garden is planted with almond and lemon trees and there is a bench to relax on warm summer evenings.

Amenities

There are 3 restaurants within walking distance of the villa. Major supermarkets, more restaurants and the beach are within easy reach, between a five and ten minutes drive. The villa is about two kilometres away from the lively, family-friendly Arenal area of Jávea. El Arenal is a wide sandy beach offering safe bathing, beach and water sports, around which lies a wide promenade with bars, restaurants and shops – equally lively during the daytime and at night and therefore is a preferred holiday destination for tourists. The attractive port and historic old town of Jávea are also most attractive areas, and well worth a visit, located three kilometres away. Two golf courses are just a short drive away. Nearby coves, Granadella and La Barraca invite snorkelling, bathing and beach bars.

Services

For guests staying longer than one week there is a weekly maid service . A refundable breakage deposit of £300 cash or the equivalent in euros is required to be paid locally on arrival to the local manager.
