This is an attractive and stylishly decorated, three-storey villa, which has been finished to a good standard. Situated in a spectacular rural location with stunning countryside and scenery, it is only two kilometres from the centre of Nerja and the beach. It has several terraces with partial sea views and benefits from a self-contained apartment.

Interior

Villa Plaza Nueva is spacious throughout and has been furnished and decorated in a comfortable, modern style. The main living area is set on the first floor. The living room has two separate seating areas and patio doors leading onto the L-shaped terrace. There is also a formal dining area. The separate kitchen looks into the dining area and is very large and light with windows to both sides. The main house of the villa has three bedrooms. The master bedroom on the first floor has a double bed and en-suite bathroom. The other bedroom has twin beds and an en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom is located on the second floor and has access to a spacious solarium, which can be used for sunbathing and overlooks the sea and mountains. The villa has a self-contained apartment with a separate entrance located on the ground floor. It has a kitchenette with breakfast table and patio doors leading onto a large terrace. The apartment has two bedrooms. One has a double bed; the other has twin beds and room to put a fold-a-way bed. They both share a full sized family bathroom and have patio doors leading onto a private terrace.This villa can accommodate 10 people in the existing bedrooms and a further child under 12 on a fold-a-way bed as mentioned above.

Exterior

There are several terraces and areas where guests can relax and enjoy the views and sunshine. There is an L-shaped balcony that has mountain views and partial sea views. The main terrace is located in front of the house, decorated as a typical Spanish courtyard with palm trees and a variety of plants. Surrounded by high walls this terrace is secluded and private. There is a shaded terrace with a wooden picnic table overlooking the 8x3 metre kidney shaped swimming pool, which is accessed via roman steps or by a ladder. It has a poolside shower and several sun- loungers. Steps lead down to the apartment, which has a huge private terrace area overlooking the mountains.

Amenities

The villa is located only two kilometres away from the centre of Nerja. Nerja is set on a steep mountainside and is most famous for its “Balcon de Europa”. This is a fantastic viewpoint built on the side of a cliff with spectacular views to the sea. The town centre is lovely with whitewashed houses, cobblestone streets and a good choice of restaurants. From here you can also take a romantic horse carriage ride. There are several beaches along the coast of Nerja. The largest is Burriana beach which has a good selection of bars, restaurants and shops and offers a wide range water sports.

Services

For guests staying longer than one week there is a mid-weekly mini-clean with towel and linen change. There is a refundable security deposit of £200/€300 to be paid upon arrival to the local manager.
