The villa is ideally located in the Matagorda area of Puerto del Carmen five minute walk from the beautiful, golden beach and a large choice of restaurants, bars and shops. The villa has a pretty, secluded sunbathing terrace with sea views which surrounds the private swimming pool.

Interior

This single storey villa is decorated to a very high standard with attractive furnishings. The pretty living room has comfortable seating and doors leading out to the terrace. The villa has two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and the other has twin beds, both have fitted wardrobes. There are two full bathrooms, one of which has a Jacuzzi. There is a very well equipped, spacious kitchen with a breakfast bar.

Exterior

The detached villa is surrounded by an attractive sub-tropical garden, from where there are views to the sea There is a spacious sunbathing terrace which surrounds the pretty 7 x 3 metre swimming pool. The villa is surrounded by a volcanic wall which offers a very good level of privacy for sunbathing. There are sunbeds and patio table and chairs which make the villa ideal for al-fresco dining and enjoying the long, sunny Lanzarote evenings.

Amenities

The villa is located in the very popular Matagorda which is an area of Puerto del Carmen. Matagorda is much quieter than the centre of Puerto del Carmen, but still has a good selection of shops, bars and restaurants. It is only a five minute walk to the nearest beach where there is a pretty promenade which runs along the seafront into the main resort of Puerto del Carmen. The main golden beaches of Puerto del Carmen start approximately one kilometre away. Matagorda is a ten minute transfer from the airport.
