It enjoys outstanding views across Mellieha Bay to the aquamarine waters of the Mediterranean. The largest, sandy beach on Malta is only a five minute drive form the villa and there are restaurants and shopping nearby.
InteriorThis delightful, detached villa, which is extremely light and airy, has been tastefully and traditionally furnished to a very good standard. There is a very large, split level, living room with an open fireplace, a dining area and patio doors leading out to the extensive sun terraces. A well equipped kitchen provides all the facilities for a self catering holiday. Villa Santa Maria has three, attractive bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, an en-suite bathroom and patio doors to the terrace. The other two bedrooms have twin beds and share a family bathroom. Ceiling fans are in all the rooms except the kitchen and dining area.The villa benefits from having local Melita cable television which allows clients to enjoy several English channels and there is a telephone for guests convenience.
ExteriorThe extensive, sun-drenched terrace has breathtaking, panoramic views to the sea. It surrounds the attractive, 6x3 metre swimming pool which has roman steps. There is also a built-in barbeque making it the perfect place to sit and relax on those balmy summer evenings and enjoy al fresco dining.
AmenitiesVilla Santa Maria is situated on the exclusive Santa Maria Estate on the edge of the village of Mellieha in north west Malta. Mellieha is one of the islands most picturesque villages boasting a number of restaurants, bars and night spots. Also within the village are supermarkets and a shopping centre. Ghadira Bay, Malta's largest sandy beach is only five minutes drive away.
ServicesFor guests staying longer than seven nights there is a weekly maid service. A refundable security and breakages deposit is required upon arrival at the villa.
