It has the added luxury of a large five-seater Jacuzzi spa on the terrace. The nearby amenities of Puerto del Carmen are within a five minute walk of the villa.
InteriorThis attractive, single storey villa has a spacious, open plan living room with doors to the terrace. It has a dining area and a breakfast-bar linking it to the very well equipped, modern kitchen. It has two bright, well furnished bedrooms with twin beds, large fitted wardrobes which share a family bathroom. One of the bedrooms has patio doors which lead out to the jacuzzi terrace. This villa can accommodate four people in the existing bedrooms and a further child on a fold-a-way bed.
ExteriorThe villa has two large terraces, set in a sub-tropical garden. The big, five seater, Jacuzzi Spa is situated in a sheltered, terraced area, at the back of the villa. It is surrounded by a sun bathing terrace, with an outdoor shower and sun beds. Patio dining furniture is provided on the terrace at the front of the villa. Also at the front of the villa is a partially enclosed seating area, ideal for al-fresco dining in the long, lazy Lanzarote evenings. The villa has a separate laundry area with a washing machine. The swimming pool is a one minute walk away with an adjacent pool for children and is shared with the surrounding villas. It is surrounded by sun bathing terraces, with sun beds and an outdoor shower.
AmenitiesThe villa is only a few minutes walk to the beautiful Los Pocillos beach and there is a shopping centre with supermarkets, shops, restaurants and bars close by. Local tennis courts can be booked at the nearby Riu Hotel, where it is also possible to enjoy the evening entertainment over a drink. The main street of shops, bars and restaurants is only a ten minute walk from the villa and offers a wide selection of evening entertainment. Also within a ten minute walk of the villa is a small Wild West theme park where younger guests can enjoy the daily parrot, alligator and eagle shows. Horse riding is also available from the theme park for guests of all ages and abilities.
