This charming villa is situated in bustling St Julian’s close to all the amenities that this popular resort has to offer. It is set in the grounds of an estate with exclusive use of the swimming pool and it's gardens, ideal for enjoying the Maltese sunshine.

Interior

This delightful, single storey villa has been restored and furnished to a very high standard and has beautiful wooden floors throughout. It has a lovely, spacious, open plan living room, dining area and kitchen. Patio doors lead from the kitchen and living area onto the terrace surrounding the swimming pool. Villa Ulysses has two attractive bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has twin beds and there is a separate shower room. The two bedrooms, living room and kitchen all benefit from having air conditioning and the villa has local Melita cable television which allows clients to enjoy several English channels.

Exterior

The villa has a wonderful, large sun terrace surrounding the 12 x 7m swimming pool which is entred by roman steps. A pretty covered outdoor dining area with a barbeque is an idyllic, sheltered place for alfresco dining in a divine setting. Villa Ulysses is set in the grounds of the owners property with exclusive use of the swimming pool and it's gardens.

Amenities

Ideally located in St Julian’s, Villa Ulysses is within five minutes walking distance to the excellent selection of shops, bars and restaurants that this sought after resort has to offer. St Julian’s is particularly attractive at night and is a fantastic venue for open air-dining. Nearby Sliema is a popular coastal resort, alive with shops and entertainment. The young at heart will enjoy nearby Paceville with a variety of nightlife including discos, bars and a casino.

Services

For guests staying longer than seven nights there is a weekly maid service. A refundable security deposit is required for this villa to be paid on arrival to the local manager.

Car Requirements

A car is not considered essential for this property with it being so close to St Julian’s but may be worthwhile for those guests wanting to explore this fascinating island.
