This is a well-appointed, bright, spacious villa located in the exclusive part of Nerja close to the famous Burriana beach with all amenities in walking distance.
InteriorThe villa is on three levels. It is equipped with good quality, stylish furnishings and feels bright and spacious throughout. The living room is set on the first floor and has an open fireplace. It is open plan to the dining area, which has a large table and patio doors leading onto the balcony. The open plan kitchen is well equipped for a self-catering holiday and looks into the living room. The villa has five attractive bedrooms all with ceiling fans. Three bedrooms are located in the main house on the second floor. The master bedroom has a double bed with access to the main bathroom. Patio doors lead onto a large balcony with views to the mountains and sea. There is also a bedroom with twin beds and one bedroom with a single bed. For extra convenience there is a shower room on the first floor. The villa has a separate apartment located on the ground floor on pool level. It has two bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed; the other one has twin beds. They both share a full sized family bathroom. The apartment has a fully fitted open plan kitchen with breakfast table. It is open plan to the living room, which has patio doors opening onto the covered terrace and gardens.
ExteriorThe property is very private and enclosed by high walls. The garden has various levels with cypress trees providing shade and privacy from neighbouring houses. An orchard with palm and almond trees gives it a pleasant atmosphere. The villa has various terraces and balconies to enjoy the fantastic Andalucian climate. One large balcony is set on the second floor and can be accessed through the master bedroom. Another balcony with a built-in barbecue and garden furniture is accessed via the living room. A large terrace, at the entrance of the house has a large dining table, a perfect location for all to enjoy alfresco dining on lazy summer evenings. Stairs lead down to the pool area and apartment. The 8 x 4 metre pool, which is entered via a ladder, is surrounded by a large sunbathing terrace with several sun loungers and an outside shower. There is also a shaded terrace with a built-in barbecue and garden furniture.
AmenitiesThis villa is located 700 metres from Nerja’s most famous beach, Playa Burriana which has a good selection of restaurants and bars as well as a lovely broad sandy beach. The nearest supermarket is even closer to the villa, about 200 metres away. The centre of Nerja is one kilometre from the villa, easily within walking distance. Nerja’s only golf course, situated in Velez-Malaga is ten kilometres away. The famous caves of Nerja are four kilometres away and offer guided tours as well as being host to concerts in summer.
ServicesFor guests staying longer then 7 days there is a weekly towel and linen change with a mini-clean. A refundable security deposit of £200/€300 is required on arrival, payabale to the local manager.
