(as rated by 13 recent visitors) | This is a superb, luxurious villa, set in lovely, extensive and extremely private grounds. It is in an excellent residential location and is within walking distance of all the facilities of Puerto del Carmen.
InteriorThis beautiful large, quality villa is very well furnished throughout. A big, bright hallway with overhead skylight leads to all the rooms. The magnificent, galleried living room has extra high ceilings with wooden beams, very comfortable seating and doors leading to a covered patio. The master bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes and an en-suite shower room. There is a further bedroom with a double bed and two with twin beds. These share a large full bathroom, with a Jacuzzi bath and a shower and a further shower room. The villa has a very spacious, well- equipped kitchen, which has a spacious dining area. A pay phone has been installed for the convenience of clients.
ExteriorThe beautiful, secluded grounds of the villa are unusually large and contain several, covered and open seating areas. It is ideal for friends and family members seeking tranquillity, as there is so much space. There is a lovely, heated swimming pool, which measures 6.5x3.5 metres; it has roman steps and a separate child’s pool next to it. There is a big, built in barbecue, sun beds and an outdoor shower. There are extensive, mature and colourful sub tropical gardens surrounding the villa, they are beautifully lit at night.
AmenitiesThe villa is situated in an exclusive residential area and is within easy walking distance of a large selection of restaurants, bars and supermarkets. It is only a couple of minute's drive or a ten-minute walk to the picturesque old harbour area with its choice of excellent local restaurants and the fabulous golden beaches of Puerto del Carmen are nearby.
ServicesFor guests staying longer than seven nights, there is a weekly maid service.
