This two storey villa is located between the delightful, traditional and picturesque village of Pissouri and Pissouri Bay. The beach is only 750 metres from the villa along with a choice of restaurants and small shops. The superb golf courses at Aphrodite Hills and Secret Valley are both within a 10 minute drive. The pretty village centre of Pissouri, with it’s colourful winding streets and sidewalk cafes and restaurants is a short drive away and provides a delightful Cypriot atmosphere for a memorable holiday.

Interior

This bright and spacious villa has been decorated to a high standard with the comfort of guests as a priority. The villa is set on three floors with the lower level providing access to the swimming pool and garden. The entrance to the villa is into the attractive, comfortably furnished living room, which is open plan to the modern kitchen and dining area. These rooms have two sets of patio doors leading to a covered dining terrace and there is a guest cloakroom on this floor. The villa has three bedrooms located on the first floor. The master bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom and there are two bedrooms with twin beds which share a shower room. There is an internal staircase from the ground floor to the lower pool and garden level. For larger groups the owner has three further villas of the same specification next to Villa Jasmine.

Exterior

The outdoor area of the villa is particularly attractive. A very large covered terrace, a built in barbecue and an outdoor kitchen area provide a peaceful and relaxing place to spend hours of al fresco dining in the superb Cypriot climate. A large garden and sun terrace surround the lovely 8x4 metre swimming pool which is entered by roman steps and has a poolside shower. For the convenience of clients there is a shower room with a toilet provided on the lower level. The gardens at the front and rear of the villa have been planted with colourful tropical plants and attract a wealth of birdlife.

Amenities

This lovely villa is in an ideal position, particularly for families wishing to spend time on the nearby sand and shingle beach. This is within easy walking distance, as are some restaurants and shops. The beautiful hillside village of Pissouri is just a few minutes away by car and has an abundance of local restaurants, bars and shops. It is in a delightful setting and is perfect for enjoying the atmosphere of local village life among the exceptionally friendly locals. One of the most prestigious five star hotels in Cyprus, the Columbia Beach Hotel is located here. It is a twenty minute drive to the resorts of Paphos and then on to Coral Bay. You drive along the beautiful coastal road passing the fantastic sight of Aphrodite’s Rock and it is an equal distance from the villa to the interesting town of Limassol. The superb golf courses at Secret Valley and Aphrodite Hills are within a ten minute drive. Aphrodite Hills is worth a visit even for non golf players to enjoy the excellent facilities and experience the beautiful development. The transfer time to Paphos airport is approximately ten minutes.

Services

For guests staying longer than a week there is a weekly maid service. The villa benefits from air-conditioning and heating in all the bedrooms which is included in the villa price. There is also air conditioning and heating in the living room but this is an optional extra and is payable locally.

Car Requirements

A car is not considered essential for this villa as the beach and local restaurants and amenities of Pissouri Bay are within walking distance but is recommended to explore the island.
