Located on the edge of the village of Ghanjnsielem, this charming two bedroom villa has spectacular views of the Mgarr harbour and the neighbouring islands of Comino and Malta. The picturesque, fishing village of Mgarr is a five minute drive away with a selection of restaurants and local shops.

Interior

This delightful, spacious, two storey property has retained much of it’s original Gozitan features with mellow lime stone walls and typical vaulted ceilings. Harbour View has a spacious, open plan kitchen, living room and dining area which has been tastefully furnished in traditional style. There are two attractive bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has twin beds and the use of a separate family bathroom.

Exterior

The outdoor area of Harbour View is truly superb with fantastic, panoramic views across the Mgarr Harbour and neighbouring Malta and Comino islands. Mature gardens surround the terrace making it very private and providing welcome shade in the warm Gozo climate. The sunbathing terrace surrounds the large 10x7m swimming pool with a barbeque and ample patio furniture provided to make the most alfresco dining.
