This is an excellent modern villa in an enviable position, front-line to the sea with amazing views across the Mediterranean Sea. Located in Binibeca Vell it is situated just outside of the famous fishing village in a residential area within easy reach of the sheltered coves that lie along this scenic coastline.

Interior

This single storey villa benefits from a modern design with large patio doors providing amazing views to the sea. The spacious living room and dining area are open plan, and stylishly decorated with light modern furniture. Patio doors stretch the entire length of the villa making it light and airy. The American style kitchen is divided from the dining area by a small partition wall. The villa has three bedrooms.
The master bedroom has a double bed and patio doors opening onto the back garden. It has an en-suite shower room with a large walk-in shower. The other two bedrooms have double beds and patio doors leading onto the garden as well. They both share a bathroom, which can be accessed by both bedrooms as an en-suite. The entire villa is equipped with air-conditioning units.

Exterior

Large patio doors lead from the living area onto an extensive sun terrace which surrounds the 11 x 3 metre swimming pool which has roman steps. A shaded terrace is comfortably furnished with patio furniture and barbeque completely the picture for happy hours of alfresco dining and enjoying the fabulous Menorca climate.
The terrace has an uninterrupted sea view across to the Mediterranean Sea.

Amenities

The villa is located in Binibeca Vell front line to the sea, bordered by cliffs. Along the coastline are various sheltered coves with footpaths and steps that lead down to man made platforms, providing areas to sunbathe and enter the sea more easily. The next sandy beach is in Binibeca Nou which is 2.2 kilometres from the villa. This is one of the most famous beaches in Menorca due to the old style beach bar located on it, featured on many post cards. Just 300 metres down the road from the villa is a fish restaurant facing the sea. The next biggest town is St Luis about six kilometres away and Mahon nine kilometres away. Both offer more shopping possibilities and a choice of good restaurants. The closest supermarket is about 1,6 kilometres away in the old fishing village of Binibeca Vell.
