This beautiful modern villa offers superb accommodation with wonderful views across the sea. An extremely spacious split-level terrace surrounds a large swimming pool and makes the property perfect for enjoying the Menorcan climate. Located in the exclusive villa resort of Binibeca Nou, Villa Can Moli is in an enviable position within walking distance of the gorgeous sandy beach, shops and restaurants.

Interior

A fabulous open plan living area extends over most of the ground floor and has large patio doors looking out to the sea. It has a sunken dining area with access to the separate well-equipped, modern and bright kitchen. Blue wooden beams give the entire villa a Mediterranean feel. The villa has three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms have twin beds and share a shower room with a large walk-in shower. All bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans.

Exterior

The large covered terrace, which is accessed by the living room, runs the entire length of the villa with teak patio furniture. The villa is surrounded by mature gardens with palm trees and fragrant flowers and marvellous views are enjoyed from the terrace across to the sea. Steps lead down to the 10x5 metre pool, which is surrounded by extensive sun terrace with several sun lounges. The separate barbecue area by the pool has a built-in seating area and dining table, which is the perfect setting to enjoy alfresco dining on warm summer evenings. The villa is surrounded by mature gardens with palm trees and fragrant flowers.

Amenities

The villa is conveniently located just two hundred metres walking distance to the sea and within 1 kilometre of one of Menorca´s nicest beaches, Cala Binibeca. There is a small commercial centre three hundred metre from the villa with a few restaurants and supermarket. Just three kilometres away is the old picturesque fishing village of Binibeca Vell, which due to its small winding cobblestone paths and whitewashed houses with wooden beams has become a favourite tourist attraction point to stroll around and enjoy a tranquil afternoon. Along the coastline are a various sheltered coves with footpaths and steps that lead down to man made platforms, providing areas to sunbathe and enter the crystal blue sea.
