This excellent modern villa is bright and spacious throughout with several south facing terraces enjoying fantastic views to the beach and sea. It has a triangle shaped pool with cascading effect. Villa Can Putx is located in an elevated position with shops, a supermarket and restaurants all in walking distance and the resort of Son Bou and the beach is a short drive away.

Interior

This modern two-storey villa has a spacious, open plan living room with patio doors leading onto the terrace and pool area. There is also a large, separate dining area and a self-contained fitted kitchen, equipped with modern appliances. The villa has four bedrooms with twin beds. One bedroom is set on the ground floor and has an en-suite bathroom. Stairs leads up to the first floor and the remaining bedrooms. One bedroom has an en-suite showerroom, the other two share a separate shower room. All three bedrooms have access to a large balcony with views to the sea. The villa has central air-conditioning, which can be individually controlled from each room.

Exterior

Patio doors open from the living room on to a long terrace that stretches the length of the villa, which is shaded by a pergola. To one end is a built-in barbecue with garden furniture to enjoy alfresco dining on warm summer eveninings.The lovely 7x7 metre trianglular shaped pool is entered via roman steps and has a cascading effect. There is also a poolside shower and several sun loungers to enjoy soaking up the Mediterranean sun.

Amenities

The villa is set on San Jaime hill located in the resort of Son Bou, sixteen kilometres from the airport of Mahon. The nearest beach is only approximately one kilometre away and can be easily reached by car. Just about six hundred metres from the villa, on the way to the beach there is a supermarket as well as several restaurants, shops and a pharmacy. Son Bou has a small waterpark and a newly built bowling alley, providing fun and activities for the entire family. There is also a disco and bars. The nearest large town is Mahon, which has a fantastic port area, providing great shopping facilities as well as a good choice of restaurants and bars.
