This Spanish style villa has a wonderful cascading pool and marvellous views to the sea. It is in an excellent location and just one kilometre from the commercial area of Son Bou with shops, a supermarket and restaurants. The waterpark and beach are a short drive away.

Interior

The villa is on one level and has contemporary Spanish style furnishings. The living room is open plan to a dining area and has patio doors to the covered terrace overlooking the pool and sea. It has an American style kitchen, which looks into the dining area. The villa has three lovely bedrooms. The master bedroom has adjoined twin beds and an en-suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms share a separate shower room. One has adjoining twin beds, the other has separate twin beds. All bedrooms have built-in wardrobes.

Exterior

Villa Es Molinette is situated on an elevated position with lovely views to the sea, overlooking the winding street, which rolls down to the beach and commercial area of Son Bou. It has a covered terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue for long hours of relaxation and al-fresco dining. The 10x10 metre swimming pool has a cascading effect and is surrounded by a sun terrace with several sun lounges. Behind the house is a small shaded garden area.

Amenities

The villa is set on San Jaime hill located in the resort of Son Bou, sixteen kilometres from the airport of Mahon. The nearest beach is only approximately 1.6 kilometres away and can be easily reached by car. Just about seven hundred metres from the villa, on the way to the beach there is a supermarket as well as several restaurants, shops and a pharmacy. Son Bou has a small waterpark and a newly built bowling alley, providing fun and activities for the entire family. There is also a disco and bars. The nearest large town is Mahon, which has a fantastic port area, providing great shopping facilities as well as a good choice of restaurants and bars.
