This is an extremely stylish, modern three-storey villa with glass doors and walls and large patio doors opening up to marvellous views of the sea. It has an indoor pool and is located front line to the sea, right next to the marina of Son Serra, which has a beautiful restaurant.

Interior

This exceptional villa stands out because of its modern design, glass stairs, glass windows and opaque glass walls. This brings in the maximum amount of light into all the rooms as well as providing sea views from almost every room. The living room has leather sofas and swivelling, reclining chairs for comfortable seating in front of the modern closed fireplace. There is also a large dining table, which benefits from large patio doors providing gorgeous views to the sea. The separate kitchen is fitted with modern, high quality appliances and has access to a utility room. The walls and door are made of glass, looking into the living room. The villa has four bedrooms. Three bedrooms are on the first floor and each have a double bed. One bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and large patio doors to the balcony. The second bedroom has an en-suite shower room and also has large patio doors leading onto the same balcony facing the sea. The third bedroom has an en-suite shower room and is the only room without a view to the sea. All bathrooms have stained glass doors. The large master bedroom is located on the second floor and stretches over the entire level. It has a walk-in wardrobe leading to the en-suite shower room. The master bedroom is equipped with air-conditioning and has an open fireplace as well as a leather sofa seating area. Large patio doors lead onto a private balcony facing the sea and to the side, patio doors lead onto another balcony.
The villa has an 11x4 metre indoor swimming pool, which is entered by roman steps. Skylights bring in natural light to the pool area, which has a poolside shower and sun lounges to relax after a swim.

Exterior

The villa has a large terrace facing the sea, which can be accessed by the living room. To the back is a covered terrace area with dining furniture for more shaded alfresco dining.

Amenities

The villa is set in a very tranquil villa resort of Son Serra. There are no hotels here and the locals from Pollensa and Alcudia escape here on the weekends to enjoy a Sunday brunch in a beach restaurant with live music. There is only a small supermarket located about one kilometre from the villa, otherwise the next bigger town, Can Picafort, provides everything else needed. The villa is front-line to the sea, divided only by a quiet road to the promenade. The marina of Son Serra is a few steps from the villa and has a restaurant. There is a small beach about 50 metres away and a beach with the two restaurants is 1,6 kilometres from the villa, but can be reached on foot.
