This fabulous villa is very modern in design with high glass panels, giving it an extraordinary, unique appearance. Located in the villa resort of Mal Pas it is not far from the small marina and the Alcanada golf course. The closest beach is about six hundred meters from the villa and is located in a quiet bay with a beach restaurant.

Interior

This two-storey villa is dominated by the huge glass panel patio doors of the main living room situated on the first floor, which gives the entire villa a majestic touch. The living room has light, comfortable furniture and access to a semi-circle balcony. A large glass dining table and additional seating area are open plan to the living room. A metal spiral staircase leads up to a second, open plan living area, which has wooden floors and large glass panels. It looks down into the living area and is the perfect haven if looking for some space to relax. There is also a large, well-equipped separate kitchen on the first floor with a breakfast table. The ground floor has an additional large kitchen with a big dining table. Patio doors lead onto the terrace overlooking the pool. The villa has four bedrooms on the ground floor. The master bedroom has a double bed and patio doors leading onto the terrace. It has an en-suite bathroom with a corner Jacuzzi bathtub. One bedroom has a single bed and the other two bedrooms have a double bed. They all share a full sized family bathroom and an additional shower room, which is located on the first floor. The villa is equipped with central air-conditioning and heating which is not included in price.

Exterior

Fragrant pine trees, giving it privacy from the surrounding villas, shade the villa. The large terrace has teak patio furniture for dining outside on warm summer evenings. The 12x6 metre swimming pool is triangle shaped and entered via roman steps. It is surrounded by a sun terrace with several sun loungers and has a poolside shower. The semi-circle balcony is accessed by the modern living room and looks down onto the pool.

Amenities

The villa is located in the residential area of Mal Pas- Bonaire only two kilometres from Alcudia old town. It has a small Marina, Puerto Cocodrilo and a supermarket about three hundred metres from the villa. Close to the Marina is a parking area with access to a cliff, which has a man-made platform to sunbathe and dive into the sea. Further west are two small sandy beaches with a beach bar, San Joan and San Pedro, both within walking distance. . Pine trees, giving shaded areas from the sun, dominate this villa resort. There are a few restaurants in this area, otherwise it is very residential. Alcudia old town and Alcudia marina are only a couple of kilometres away in one direction and a short drive takes you to the Port of Pollensa in the other. The golf course of Alcanada is only eight kilometres from here and is picturesquely situated right by the sea. Twenty minutes drive away is the town of Inca, well known for its leather goods and it weekly market.
