This outstanding, luxurious, Mallorcan property offers superb accommodation in a wonderfully peaceful setting. It has been restored and furnished to an extremely high standard and offers many extras to enrich a memorable, holiday experience. It is set in a beautiful garden, with 100 year old trees and is located on the edge of a private forest. It comes complete with a Wendy house for the children, table tennis, a Squash court and a superb outdoor dining area. This lovely estate is very conveniently located, only 2 kilometres from the town of Pollenca and the golden, sandy beach.

Interior

This superb villa oozes an atmosphere of elegant, grandeur and has been furnished with many local antiques. It is set on two floors and has imposing, spacious rooms, with large, picture windows, looking out to the beautiful scenery. It is entered through a large hallway, which leads to the main reception rooms and has a sweeping staircase to the first floor. The beautiful living room has comfortable seating, an open fireplace and a table and chairs, at one end, perfect for playing cards or board games. The formal, separate, dining room leads to a fully fitted and well-equipped kitchen. Villa Can Vinya has five stylishly decorated and air-conditioned bedrooms. One is located on the ground floor, with twin beds and an en-suite bathroom. There are four bedrooms on the first floor, two of which share a full bathroom and the other two share a shower room. The villa will accommodate two further children under twelve in the small study room that can be converted into a twin bedroom.

Exterior

The 160.000 sqm, spectacular grounds of this estate, offer an oasis of green, lush calm and the 70.000 sqm private, forest of cork trees, has a splendid display of birds. The property is accessed through electric gates, at the end of a long, private driveway, leading to the villa and formal gardens. The superb 14 metre swimming pool is entered via ladder steps and surrounded by an extensive sun terrace. For the safety of small children, there is an option of having the pool area gated. A fabulous, covered terrace with a kitchen, a seating area and a barbecue, offers an unbeatable poolside venue for al fresco dining. There is a further dining area on the terrace, outside the villa and a stroll through the gardens leads you to the Fronton Vasco court, which is a local form of squash.

Amenities

The villa is located in the heart of Cala St. Vincent. It has three small bays. The sea can be rough here at times, but it is a great spot for scuba divers and snorkelers alike. One of the beaches is suitable for wheelchairs and has a plateau with sun lounges and sun umbrellas for those who prefer not to lie in the sand. There is a nice restaurant perched on the cliff looking onto the bay. Two smaller commercial areas in the area are lined with more restaurants, cafes and supermarkets and provide the holidaymaker with all the necessary. The port of Pollensa as well as the village of Pollensa is only seven kilometres from Cala St. Vincent. The port has a very large wide sandy beach and offers a wide range of water sport facilities as well as choice of restaurants.

Services

This villa is cleaned every day, except Sundays. Towels and linen will be changed twice a week. All the bedrooms have air conditioning which is included in the cost of the villa.
