This magnificent, luxury villa offers a superb standard of accommodation in a peaceful, elegant setting. Villa Sa Bona is situated on a 2600 sqm plot, surrounded by a large garden on a prestigious development. It is only 500m away from Puerto Pollensa which has a large sandy beach and offers a wide range of water sport facilities as well as choice of restaurants. This villa has the added benefit of a separate annex apartment.

Interior

This remarkable, two-storey villa has a large entrance hall that leads to two separate, spacious lounges, one of which has a formal dining area with an impressive fireplace and patio doors leading to the terrace. The large fully fitted kitchen also leads out to another terrace, overlooking lush fruit trees. Villa Sa Bona has six double bedrooms that all have twin beds placed together and air conditioning. One of the bedrooms is on the ground floor with access to a guest WC. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and patio doors leading to a private balcony. Two further bedrooms have patio doors leading on to private balconies and share a bathroom. A small hallway leads to another bedroom, which has an en-suite bathroom. An added feature of this beautiful villa is a cosy apartment that has an open plan lounge with dining area, a small self contained kitchen and a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. An outside staircase from this apartment leads directly to the swimming pool.

Exterior

Villa Sa Bona is located in large private grounds, surrounded by trees and flowers. Patio doors from the villa lead out to the beautiful stone terrace and a superb, private swimming pool that measures 12 x 7m and can be accessed via integral steps. For those looking for a relaxing al fresco dining experience in the beautiful Mallorcan climate, there is a fully fitted summer kitchen with a barbecue and dining furniture. For added convenience, there is also an external changing room with built in wardrobes and bathroom.

Amenities

The relaxed, family resort of Port de Pollensa is just 500 metres away, where you will find the Bay of Pollensa with its sheltered horseshoe shaped beach and warm, shallow aquamarine waters. A beautiful, tree lined promenade stretches along the seafront to the harbour where you can enjoy a selection of marine excursions. Port de Pollensa has an excellent selection of shops, cafes and restaurants and even offers a fine variety of antique shops and art galleries. The friendly village of Pollensa is located only 5 kilometres from the villa and is a good base from which to explore the dramatic scenery of Mallorca’s northeast coast. Located 63 kilometres from Palma de Mallorca, pretty Pollensa sits in the foothills of the Serra de Tramuntana Mountains and is full of traditional charm. Narrow, winding streets lead to the bustling town square, the Plaza Major, where you can enjoy memorable hours of alfresco dining or just a drink at one of the many charming local bars. There is a Sunday market in the town of Pollensa and a Wednesday market in the Port de Pollensa brimming with colourful local produce and handicrafts. The nine-hole golf course, ideal for beginners and experienced golfers alike, is only 11 kilometres away. The larger resort of Alcudia is only 18 kilometres away, boasting one of the largest beaches on Mallorca and for families there is the water park.
