This enchanting, delightful villa offers an excellent standard of accommodation for a perfect holiday in the sun. It is conveniently located only 100 metres to the nearest local restaurant and within walking distance to two sandy beaches with crystal-clear waters in Cala St. Vincent. The villa is only 3 kilometres away from the Mallorcan village of Pollensa and a 15 minute drive from the beautiful port of Pollensa.

Interior

This charming, traditionally decorated villa has a spacious, open plan lounge with feature fireplace and a dining area. There is a separate, fully fitted kitchen with everything needed for a self catering villa holiday. Villa Es Pilari is air-conditioned throughout and has three double bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has twin beds placed together and the other two have separate twin beds. There is a fully fitted bathroom and two shower rooms.

Exterior

Guests can enjoy the fresh scent of pine trees in the villas lush gardens surrounding the 10 x 4 metre swimming pool, which can be entered via integral steps. For idyllic al fresco dining in the warm evenings, there is a terrace with patio dining furniture next to a built-in barbecue. At the side of Villa Es Pilari, there is a comfortable seating area and table tennis for guests use.

Amenities

The villa is located in Cala St. Vincent. It has three small bays and the sea can be rough here at times, but it is a great spot for scuba divers and snorkelers alike. One of the beaches is suitable for wheelchairs and has a plateau with sun lounges and sun umbrellas for those who prefer not to lie in the sand. There is a nice restaurant perched on the cliff looking onto the bay. Two smaller commercial areas in the area are lined with more restaurants, cafes and supermarkets and provide the holidaymaker with all the necessary. The port of Pollensa as well as the village of Pollensa is only seven kilometres from Cala St. Vincent. The port has a very large wide sandy beach and offers a wide range of water sport facilities as well as choice of restaurants.
