This is a magnificent, modern Mallorquine villa with a spectacular swimming pool that has an integrated children’s pool with jets for a Jacuzzi effect. It is set in beautiful gardens which is romantically lit at night and has picturesque rural views to the distant mountains. It is located just over one kilometre from the village of Pollensa, which has a wonderful Plaza lined with several cafes and restaurants. The port of Pollensa is eight kilometres from the villa with wide sandy beaches, excellent restaurants and a good selection of boat excursions and water sports.

Interior

This beautiful single storey villa has been furnished and decorated in a contemporary, modern style. The comfortable living room is furnished with leather sofas, and is open plan to the dining area. Large patio doors lead onto the wooden sun deck and pool area. The separate modern kitchen is well equipped for a self-catering holiday, has a breakfast table and an arched hatch looking into the living area. There is an additional small sitting area, which has a sofabed able to accommodate an extra person, with en-suite shower room. The villa has three bedrooms. The master bedroom has adjoining twin beds and an en-suite bathroom. Another bedroom has twin beds and uses the shower room off of the sitting room. This bedroom is connected by a corridor to the third bedroom. The corridor has large patio doors leading directly onto the lovely pool area. The third bedroom has twin beds and an en-suite bathroom. Private patio doors lead onto the pool area. All bedrooms as well as the living room are equipped with air-conditioning units.

Exterior

The exterior of this property is absolutely delightful and is perfect for outside living. Patio doors from the living room lead onto a large tiled terrace, which has a teak dining table with parasol. A large wooden sun deck with several sun loungers surrounds the exceptional 10x12 metre swimming pool, which is entered via roman steps. It has a separate, integrated shallow area that can be used as a children’s pool or alternatively it can be used by adults for relaxing, using the integral seating and power jets. The villa is set in beautifully kept gardens with views to the distant mountains and has a private driveway. The property is romantically lit at night, making it a welcoming place to relax and enjoy a glass of Spanish wine.

Amenities

The villa is situated on the main road leading from Pollensa to Soller which leads through the Tramuntana Mountains passing by the beautiful mountain villages of Denia and Valdemossa. It is located only eight kilometres from the relaxed family resort of Port of Pollensa, with its large sandy beaches that sweep across the horseshoe shaped bay. Along the tree- lined promenade are an excellent selection of shops, cafes and restaurants. The town of Pollensa with its narrow cobblestone streets and typical Mallorquine houses is just over one kilometre away. There is a Wednesday market in the Port of Pollensa and a Sunday market in Pollensa town where local produce and handcrafts can be bought. The nearby nine-hole golf course is only six kilometres away. Palma, the island’s cosmopolitan capital, is about fifty five kilometres away.
