This is a superb, Mallorquine, country style villa set in a slightly elevated position, providing gorgeous views to the surrounding country side and the bay of Pollensa in the distance. A private drive leads up to the house, which is located between the port of Pollensa and Pollensa town. The beautiful, wide, sandy beach of Puerto Pollensa is within easy driving distance, eight kilometres from the villa.

Interior

This beautiful two-storey, Mallorquine style villa has been tastefully decorated and is light and spacious throughout. The open plan living room incorporates a dining area and has patio doors leading onto the covered terrace. It has an antique writing desk and open fireplace. The separate kitchen is very well equipped for a self-catering holiday and has a door, which leads onto the terrace. The villa has four bedrooms. The master bedroom is located on the first floor and has a four poster bed and a separate bathroom. The other bedroom, which is located on the first floor, has twin beds and views to the sea. The remaining two bedrooms are located on the ground floor. One bedroom has twin beds and an en-suite shower room, the other bedroom has adjoining twin beds and a separate shower room. The villa is equipped with air conditioning and heating.

Exterior

The villa is set in an excellent location surrounded by 200.000 square metres of land, providing privacy for guests staying here. Do not be surprised if you are greeted by donkeys along the private path, which leads 800 meters up to the villa. Villa Silvestre is set on a small hill, overlooking the rural countryside and also providing distant views to the bay of Pollensa. It has a large terrace, which can be accessed by the living room with steps leading down to the pool area. The 9x6 metre swimming pool is entered via roman steps and has a sun terrace surrounding it with several sun loungers to enjoy basking in the hot, Mallorca sun. To the side of the pool is a covered area, which has a table tennis as well as an outside dining table.

Amenities

Located in between Pollensa and the port of Pollensa, the villa is three kilometres away from restaurants and the old town, with narrow cobblestone streets and typical Mallorquine stone houses. It has a lovely market place with a few cafes where you can enjoy a lovely Mallorquine breakfast of Pamb al oli. Pollensa is located 70 kilometres from Palma de Mallorca , the capital, and is a good base from which to explore the dramatic scenery of Mallorca’s northeast coast,. The nine-hole golf course, ideal for beginners and experienced golfers alike, is only three kilometres away from the town of Pollensa and Premier Holidays clients enjoy special prices. The relaxed family resort of Port of Pollensa is eight kilometres away from the villa, lined with an excellent selection of shops, cafes and restaurants. It has a large white sandy beach stretching to the port area where fishing boats are lined up next to yachts. Scuba diving and sailing can be arranged here and again Premier Holiday clients enjoy special prices. There is a Sunday market in the town of Pollensa and a Wednesday market in the Port of Pollensa offering local produce and local handcrafts.
