This high quality, spacious and modern villa is surrounded by a lovely garden and large terraces, with expansive views. It is conveniently located just 5 kilometres to the traditional town of Pollensa and 7 kilometres to the popular holiday resort of Port de Pollensa.

Interior

This attractive, new villa offers bright and airy accommodation in which to enjoy a memorable holiday. It has a large open plan living and dining room with a fireplace and doors to the garden. There is a well-equipped, modern kitchen, which has everything necessary for self-catering. Villa Can Marquet has three good sized bedrooms with air-conditioning. The master bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom and there are two bedrooms with twin beds which share a family bathroom.

Exterior

A huge, covered terrace wraps round two sides of the villa and provides a cool, shady venue for al fresco dining and relaxation. It leads into a garden of sub-tropical plants and a sun terrace next to the 8x4 meter swimming pool which is entered by roman steps. A barbecue and
table tennis complete this idyllic, holiday picture.

Amenities

Villa Can Marquet is only a short drive to the coast and all the amenities of the resorts of Port de Pollensa and Alcudia. The nearest beach is 3 kilometres away and is situated on the 4 kilometre coastline of the resort of Port de Pollensa. A beautiful, tree lined promenade stretches along the seafront to the harbour where you can enjoy a selection of marine excursions. Port de Pollensa has an excellent selection of shops, cafes and restaurants and even offers a fine variety of antique shops and art galleries. The friendly village of Pollensa is located only 5 kilometres from the villa and is a good base from which to explore the dramatic scenery of Mallorca’s north coast. Located 63 kilometres from Palma de Mallorca, pretty Pollensa sits in the foothills of the Serra de Tramuntana Mountains and is full of traditional charm. Narrow, winding streets lead to the bustling town square, the Plaza Major, where you can enjoy memorable hours of alfresco dining or just have a drink at one of the many charming local bars. There is a Sunday market in the town of Pollensa and a Wednesday market in the Port de Pollensa, brimming with colourful local produce and handicrafts. The nine-hole golf course, ideal for beginners and experienced golfers alike, is only 6 kilometres away. The larger resort of Alcudia is only 8.5 kilometres away. Famous for having one of the largest beaches on the island, Alcudia caters for all, with nice shops, a beautiful harbor area and a water-park for families.

Maid service is once on arrival day and twice more through the week. Bed linen is changed weekly and towels are changed twice weekly (once on changeover day and once more through the week)
