This high quality, spacious and modern villa is surrounded by a lovely garden and large terraces, with expansive views. It is conveniently located just 5.5 kilometres to the traditional town of Pollensa with its cafes, restaurants, shops and art galleries and 8 kilometres to the popular holiday resort of Puerto Pollensa. For larger families and groups, Villa Padierna and Villa Miro are nearby.
InteriorThis attractive, new villa offers bright and airy accommodation in which to enjoy a memorable holiday. It has a large open plan living and dining room with a fireplace and doors to the garden. There is a well-equipped, modern kitchen, which has everything necessary for a self-catering holiday. Villa Can Marquet has three good sized bedrooms all with air-conditioning which is included in the price. The master bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite shower room and there are two bedrooms with twin beds which share a family bathroom.
ExteriorA huge, covered terrace wraps round two sides of the villa and provides a cool, shady venue for al fresco dining and relaxation. It leads into a garden of sub-tropical plants and a sun terrace next to the 8x4 meter swimming pool which is entered by integral steps. For added convenience, there is an outside shower and toilet next to the pool. A barbecue and table tennis complete this idyllic, holiday picture.
AmenitiesVilla Can Marquet is only a short drive to the coast and all the amenities of the resorts of Puerto Pollensa and Alcudia. A beautiful, tree lined promenade stretches along the seafront to the harbour where you can enjoy a selection of marine excursions. Puerto Pollensa has an excellent selection of shops, cafes and restaurants and even offers a fine variety of antique shops and art galleries. The friendly village of Pollensa is located only 5 kilometres from the villa and is a good base from which to explore the dramatic scenery of Mallorca’s north coast. Located 63 kilometres from Palma de Mallorca, pretty Pollensa sits in the foothills of the Serra de Tramuntana Mountains and is full of traditional charm. Narrow, winding streets lead to the bustling town square, the Plaza Major, where you can enjoy memorable hours of alfresco dining or just have a drink at one of the many charming local bars. There is a Sunday market in the town of Pollensa and a Wednesday market in Puerto Pollensa, brimming with colourful local produce and handicrafts. The nine-hole golf course, ideal for beginners and experienced golfers alike, is only 8 kilometres away. The larger resort of Alcudia is only 8.5 kilometres away. Famous for having one of the largest beaches on the island, Alcudia caters for all, with nice shops, a beautiful harbor area and a water-park for families.
