This superb, two story villa is in an excellent location in the Argaka area near the village of Polis. The property is modern, spacious and surrounded by orange and lemon groves. A well maintained sub-tropical garden provides privacy and a truly relaxing atmosphere. This beautiful villa offers the perfect retreat for the discerning villa holiday-maker.The neighbouring Villa Iantha is also available for larger groups.

Interior

Villa Dahlia is furnished to a high and comfortable standard, with traditional wooden furnishings. The open plan living room and dining area have sliding patio doors which give access to the terrace and pool. The very well equipped kitchen has a breakfast dining area. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor, the first has a double bed and the second has twin beds. Both bedrooms have en-suite showers and pool and terrace access through sliding patio doors. A guest cloakroom can be found on the ground floor.
A marble staircase leads to the first floor where there are a further two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and the other bedroom has twin beds. They both have en-suite bathrooms. Both bedrooms have a large shared balcony with spectacular panoramic sea views. Villa Dahlia has air conditioning through out.

Exterior

The villa has a spectacular 10m x 5m swimming pool, with a large sun bathing area surrounded by lush colourful gardens and sub-tropical plants. There is a traditional Cyprus-style barbeque and a large gazebo offering shade from the mid-day sun for al fresco dining, making it the perfect place to read that book you picked up at the airport. The sea can be heard from the terrace mixed with the wonderful aromas of the citrus plants all add to the relaxing atmosphere.

Amenities

This beautiful region with its breathtaking views and miles and miles of picturesque coastline makes this a wonderful setting for a villa holiday. This area also provides a variety of road side restaurants and taverns offering everything from traditional Greek food to international cuisine. Argaka is located near the coastal town of Polis, which offers an abundance of supermarkets, shops, bars. Following the coastline to the west lies the village of Latsi with its harbour and excellent fish restaurants. Small boats can be hired and vessels offering coastal excursions can also be found there. Diving and snorkelling are also available in Latchi. Just past the village of Latsi is the popular tourist attraction known as the baths of Aphrodite. The sporting and adventure facilities are endless and include exciting jeep safaris, balloon flights and sea fishing.

Services

For guests staying longer than a week there is a weekly maid service and a mid-week towel change. There is an additional charge for the use of the air-conditioning/heating paid locally.
