Cleopatra Villas are good quality, three bedroom villas and Athena is frontline to the sea. They are located between Paphos, the beach resort of Coral bay, and the little Cypriot village of Kissonegra. Surrounded by banana plantations, orange and lemon trees and being so close to the sea they provide a delightful atmosphere for a memorable villa holiday. There are a couple of restaurants that are within walking distance a as well as two small beaches.

Interior

These attractive villas have an open plan living room, dining area and kitchen. The comfortably furnished living room has pool and terrace access through sliding patio doors. There is optional air conditioning in the living room which incurrs an extra charge.The modern well-appointed kitchen provides everything necessary for a self-catering holiday. Villas Cleopatra have three bedrooms with built in wardrobes and air-conditioning or heating included in the price. The master bedroom which is on the ground floor has a double bed and has access to the pool and terrace through sliding patio doors. There is a shared bathroom on the ground floor. There are a further two bedrooms located on the first floor. Both have twin beds, en-suite shower rooms and private balconies with views.

Exterior

The patio doors in the living room lead out to the swimming pool and terrace area. The villas are set in a colourful, well maintained garden. The swimming pool is 9m x 4.5m, accessed by both ladder and roman steps and is surrounded by the sun bathing area. Dining and barbeque areas provide the perfect location for al fresco dining any time of the day or evening and a gazebo offers welcome shade in the mid day sun.

Amenities

A short stroll leads to the rocky seafront where you can watch the locals fish. There is a sandy beach along the coast in one direction situated in front of the nearby Atlantic Golden Beach Hotel approximately 600m away and another Municipal sandy beach near to the Helios Bay Hotel approximately 750m away. The villas are located four kilometres from the resort of Coral Bay which has a large, sweeping beach with beach bar, several water sports facilities and a good selection of restaurants, bars and shops. The nearby, traditional, Cypriot village of Kissonerga has coffee shops and taverns where you can enjoy the friendly company of the locals and there are supermarkets and shops in the area. Wonderful fresh fruit straight out of the citrus groves, vineyards and banana plantations can be bought at the roadside and there are small seaside bars along the coast. A frequent bus service runs every 30 – 40 minutes from near the villa or a five minute drive takes you into lively Paphos which is rich in night life, shopping and a wealth of Cypriot and international cuisine. The picturesque old harbour area of Paphos is a relaxing place to sit over a meal while watching the beautiful yachts come and go. There are many marine excursions leaving from here and nearby the famous Aphrodite Water Park is a superb attraction for family days out. The sporting and adventure facilities in the area are endless and include exciting jeep safaris, balloon flights and deep sea diving.

Services

For guests staying longer than a week there is a weekly maid service and a mid-week towel change. Air conditioning in the bedrooms is included in the price. Air conditioning in the living room is an optional extra and charged locally-please contact us for up-dated prices. The villas also offer free WiFi internet access.
