Set in an unbeatable location, this superb villa offers modern, elegant and spacious accommodation in beautiful surroundings for a memorable holiday. It is in an exclusive, gated community set on a hillside and commands outstanding views over the countryside and Ibiza Town. The fabulous beach of Talamanca is close by and it is a short drive into Ibiza town. The villa benefits from a separate, annex apartment.

Interior

This impressive villa is set on three levels, each with superb views from large picture windows. The large, stylishly decorated, open plan living and dining room is on the entrance level and has extensive patio doors leading onto a large terrace. There is a fully fitted, separate kitchen. Villa Blanca Vista has a master and two other very attractive and airy bedrooms in the main house, each with a TV, a DVD player, air-conditioning and breathtaking views. A spiral staircase on the terrace outside the living room takes you up to the master bedroom, a lovely room with a double, canopied bed, an en-suite shower room and a large private terrace. There are two bedrooms with double beds and private terraces, reached by an internal staircase on the level below the main living floor. One has an en-suite shower room and the other has an adjacent luxury, bathroom. The fourth bedroom is located on another level lower than the terrace and swimming pool. It has a double bed and an en-suite shower room.

Exterior

The large, covered terrace on the main floor has a dining table and chairs overlooking the garden and pool. A further location for al fresco dining is the charming poolside barbecue and dining area. It is covered and overlooks the 9x5 metre swimming pool, which is entered by roman steps with a poolside shower and sun beds. There are stunning views to be taken in from all areas of the house, but especially from all the terraces on each floor of the villa.

Amenities

Villa Blanca Vista is located in an enviable position on the exclusive residential development of Can Furnet just 3 kilometres from the village of Jesus. It is an ideal base from which to be able to relax and soak up the jetset Ibiza way of life close to the islands hotspots. The nearest towns of Ibiza and Santa Eulalia are 6 and 9 kilometres away respectively, whilst the islands golf course at Roca Llisa is also just 4 kilometres from the villa. There are many beaches within a short drive of the villa the nearest being Talamanca which is just 5 kilometres away, and both the trendy Las Salinas and family friendly Cala Llonga beaches are less than a 20 minute drive away. Closer by, the village of Jesus is where you will find the closest bars, restaurants and a small selection of local shops. The popular local style bar restaurant at the cross roads in Jesus is a popular meeting spot for locals and ex-pat residents from all over Northern Europe and is an ideal spot to have a coffee and watch the world go by. Supermarkets and every other type of shopping can be found in the islands main towns mentioned above.
