| | Rating:  (as rated by 2 recent visitors) | This superb, authentic Ibithencan farmhouse offers a beautiful and spacious venue for a holiday either with a large group of friends or the family. It is traditionally furnished throughout and retains its original high, wooden ceilings and thick, stone walls. Vines and mature trees provide shade in a wonderful garden from where there are wide, country views. It is ideally located 6 kilometres from Ibiza town and a 15 minute drive to beautiful beaches.
InteriorThis 300 year old farmhouse retains all of its original charm and has been carefully decorated with good quality furnishings, in keeping with the property. The villa is divided into two parts on either side of the swimming pool. A living area spread over two adjoining rooms one with a fireplace, the dining room and a country kitchen are located in the main building. Villa Las Corales has seven bedrooms some of which have air-conditioning. On the ground floor of the main house there are two bedrooms with double beds. One has an en-suite bathroom which has a second entrance allowing access from the public rooms. The second, through which you have to go to access a single room, share a shower room. On the first floor there is a bedroom with a double bed through which you access another one with a single bed. These also share a shower room and have access to a cosy furnished balcony with stunning countryside views over to Ibiza town. The second part of the farm house is essentially what used to be the stables and here there are three bedrooms with recently refurbished en-suite shower rooms. Two consist of double beds plus a single and one has twin beds. Each has its own entrance and all overlook the pool area and garden.
ExteriorBeing an old farmhouse it is surrounded by extensive beautiful, rural gardens which provide a magical haven in which to relax and enjoy the spectacular views. The property itself surrounds the large, 10x5 metre freeform swimming pool, which has roman steps and an adjacent poolside shower. There is an old bread oven and well next to the vine covered pergola which is where you can enjoy al fresco dining. By the pool you can also relax in the shadow of the vines and shady trees or find another corner to unwind in the extensive grounds.
AmenitiesVilla Los Corales is located in the countryside in an enviable position 4 kilometres from the village of San Rafael in the centre of the island. It is an ideal base from which to be able to relax and soak up the Ibithenco way of life but without being too far away from the islands amenities. The 3 towns on the island are Ibiza town, 7 kilometres away, Santa Eulalia, 13 Kilometres away and San Antonio, 13 kilometres away. Closer by the village of San Rafael itself is where you will find the closest bars, restaurants and a small selection of local shops. The small selection of restaurants is varied and there is even a Moroccan restaurant complete with Bedouin tents. Supermarkets and every other type of shopping can be found in all of the three towns mentioned above. The area surrounding the villa is both tranquil and picturesque however San Rafael is also the nearest village to two of the island's most famous nightclubs, Amnesia and Privilege. There are many beaches within a short drive of the villa, the nearest being Talamanca which is just 9 kilometres away, and both the trendy Las Salinas and family Cala Llonga beaches are less than a 20 minute drive away

Deposit and Balance Payments - To confirm bookings placed more than 13 weeks before arrival, a desposit of the greater of 30% and £171.9 is due, and the full balance is due 13 weeks before arrival.
