With breathtaking sea views and terraces on several levels, these four modern, elegant, three storey villas offer superb holiday accommodation. They share a communal swimming pool and are located less than 1Km from Cala Vadella beach where there is a choice of restaurants, bars and shops. A 7 kilometre drive takes you to the village of San Jose. The villas are furnished in a have air-conditioning throughout and are ideal for larger groups if rented together.

Interior

Each modern and bright villa is set on three floors, with entry on the middle floor level. The open plan dining and living room has sliding doors and panoramic views over the local mountains and the sea. The kitchen is well equipped and fitted with quality appliances. Villas La Joya each have three bedrooms. The main bedroom is on the lower level. It has twin beds, an en-suite shower room, TV and DVD player and a private terrace. There are two bedrooms on the first floor which share a shower room. One has twin beds and the other has small child size bed with a second pull out bed as well.

Exterior

The stairs outside the living area via the lower terrace area give access to the shared swimming pool. A door leads from the kitchen onto a terrace with breathtaking views to the sea and along with outside dining table and chairs it is perfect for alfresco eating. There is another terrace on the ground floor of the villas which again, has superb views and is furnished with sun- beds. The shared swimming pool is well positioned to minimise disturbance in each villa and has an adjacent, poolside shower as well as partial sea views.
Please note that the patio doors from the living area and the first floor bedrooms open directly onto terrace railings and not all parents may feel they are suitable for smaller children.

Amenities

Villas La Joya is located just 1 kilometre from the resort of Cala Vadella. Cala Vadella is an excellent spot for the whole family from which to enjoy the lovely Ibithenco climate. It’s a beautiful little fishing village on the west coast of Ibiza. It is very popular with families due to the extremely sheltered nature of the bay, the wide sandy beach and it’s shallow waters. Lining the beach is a selection of restaurants, cafes and supermarkets and on the beach itself you’ll find dive schools, pedaloes, banana boats and sun-beds for hire. There can be a lively night-scene in some of the bars, and the sunsets are particularly beautiful. The village of San Jose, 8 km from Cala Vadella, is the nearest inland village where you’ll also finds several excellent local restaurants, tapas bars, trendy boutiques and shops which surround the church in the centre as well as a pharmacy and a bank. Cosmopolitan Ibiza Town is approximately 23 kilometres away where traditional shops sit alongside more sophisticated boutiques and where holidaymakers can rub shoulders with celebrities.
