This is a charming; high quality villa is set in beautiful, mature gardens and has marvellous views to the neighbouring countryside and forests. Built on several levels, it offers delightful, sunny and shaded areas in which to unwind. It is in an excellent location near the exclusive Calo d’en Real development and less than 2 kilometres from the beach of Cala Vadella.

Interior

This three storey villa has been decorated to a high specification and offers delightful, spacious accommodation. The villa has a few cosy and stylishly decorated reception rooms in which larger groups can spread out and relax. A large, open plan living room has a fireplace, a dining area and doors to the terrace and there is a comfortable television room which also has terrace access. Leading out to the pretty, enclosed dining terrace at the rear of the villa is another dining room. There is a well equipped country kitchen providing all the necessary for a self catering holiday. Can Sindie has four bedrooms. The master bedroom is on the first floor and has air conditioning. It has a double bed, patio doors to a private terrace and an integral shower and bathroom, with a separate toilet. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and access to a separate bathroom. The lower, garden level has a bedroom with twin beds and a single bed for a child. It has an en-suite shower room. The fourth bedroom is located in an annexe in the garden. It has one bedroom with twin beds, an en-suite shower room and air conditioning.

Exterior

The exterior of this property offers a calm, relaxing, holiday atmosphere in lush surroundings. At the centre is the beautiful 9x4.5 metre swimming pool which is entered by roman steps and is surrounded by an extensive sun terrace and mature, well kept gardens. Outside the living room there is a covered terrace with comfortable seating and at the back of the villa there is a sheltered, al fresco dining area with wooden furniture and a barbecue. A special feature of this property is the big, chill-out, entertaining area which is located pool side next to the annexe. It has another barbecue, kitchen area and Moroccan style seating.

Amenities

Can Sindie is located less than 2 kilometres from the small and popular village of Cala Vadella. Cala Vadella is an excellent spot for the whole family from which to enjoy the lovely Ibithenco climate. It is a beautiful little fishing village on the west coast of Ibiza which is very popular with families due to the extremely sheltered nature of the bay, the wide sandy beach and its shallow waters. Lining the beach is a selection of restaurants, cafes and supermarkets although there is a local supermarket within 200 metres of the villa. On the beach itself you’ll find dive schools, pedalos, banana boats and sun-beds for hire. There can be a lively night-scene in some of the bars, and the sunsets are particularly beautiful. The village of San Jose, 8 kilometres from Cala Vadella, is the nearest inland village where you’ll also finds several excellent local restaurants, tapas bars, trendy boutiques and shops which surround the church in the centre as well as a pharmacy and a bank. Cosmopolitan Ibiza Town is approximately 23 kilometres away where traditional shops sit alongside more sophisticated boutiques and where holidaymakers can rub shoulders with celebrities.
